A: No, as of now the Loupdeck + is not compatible with Davinci Resolve. However, it could be updated in the future.

A: No, it does not appear so. The fact that they have explicitly laid out what apps will be supported, as well as which dials/buttons will be customizable and which will not (most of them will not), suggests they have these directly linked to specific app functions.

A: Affinity Photo is currently not supported.

A: This unit is meant to be used in a live or broadcast environment as a noise suppressor for up to 8 channels of dialogue audio over a Dante network.

[Hard] I needed to remove the sound of a river running over rocks from a video I was editing. The river over powered the dialog of the persons speaking. I was able to reduce the sound so that it was low and in the background. The project came out really nice. 5

[1.8 lb] I found this book to be an excellent presentation of photography techniques. I really liked the emphasis on doing things in-camera, rather than relying on post processing. Great overview of composition techniques and other considerations for getting a great shot. I learned a lot about long exposure photography, which I've never tried. Great discussion of the creative process around choosing a vantage point, lenses, apertures and shutter speeds. And of course the photography is excellent. It has definitely inspired me to go out and try some of these techniques myself! 5
