[Double Stud ] This is a product into which a lot of thought obviously went. It's no great trick to make a TV bracket but when you consider all the mediocre ones out there, it's obviously harder to make an elegant one that works well. This is both elegant and works perfectly. The thing we like best about it is that we can remove the TV quite easily for travel in our RV. A pair of spring loaded buttons instantly release the TV and then you just lift it off its hook, like removing a picture from the wall. Basically, the only thing remaining on the TV is the flat plate. A variety of extra screws, VESA bolts, shims, etc., are included, so it's unlikely that you'll have to make a trip to the hardware store to mount the TV. We were a bit apprehensive about whether the ball and socket arrangement where the TV is attached would hold well enough to keep the TV in place but, like every other aspect of the bracket, it is well engineered and constructed. Three adjusting screws that control the pressure on the ball enable you to adjust it perfectly for the weight of your TV. Even though we remove our TV for travel because it is so easy with this bracket, the unit is plenty strong enough to withstand the rigors of travel if you choose to leave the TV in place and secure it with a strap. We looked at a lot of units online and in stores, and the quality of this unit makes it worth a few extra dollars, in our opinion.

[Double Stud ] Used the wall mount for a 60 TV. Worked great. I was amazed at the quality of construction for a mount that cost $. Extension arms are cast and all hinge joints are sturdy, well built and finished off nicely. Built in guides for cables are dressed nicely as well. I had to mount on a wood backing to span between wall studs to locate it where I needed it, but would recommend it anyway so that it's secured by two studs. The X-shapped plate that mounts to the set spanned across some input terminals I need to get to on my TV, but the standoffs included remedied that issue.

[Double Stud ] Very smooth operation. Just have to be careful that you install screws into the stud. The dry wall will not be able to support the weight of the mount and TV. Highly recommend.

[Landscape] The Telehook wall mount TH-1040-vfm by Atdec was the right choice for my needs. Mounting a 32 inch Samsung flat screen TV in the bedroom on a wall to the side of the bed. With the full motion functionality plus 20 degrees of tilt, it makes viewing at an angle quite comfortable with no loss of picture quality. HEAVY DUTY CONSTRUCTION AND A QUALITY FINISH WITH SMOOTH MOVEMENT THROUGHOUT. Easy assembly and directions if you have any real tool use experience. No regrets!

[3.95 lb] We used this to mount a heavier 46 TV to a concrete wall. This mount seems very sturdy... the TV hasn't fallen off the wall yet!

[Double Stud ] I love this wall mount. Far superior to the frame style ugly racks. Here's what I appreciate:- 3 lag bolt attachment to a wall at a stud (I have a short wall behind the TV and this mounts to its outer stud) strong and articulate, with 3 rotation points (wall, elbow, TV- easy, smooth movement yet stays in place- significant movement range including distance from wall- attractive- upper and lower cable channels on both arms to control at least 4 cables (with a flat ethernet cable that'd be 5)- ingeniously engineered so that a single set of 4 extension plates serve multiple mounting size standards.All that said, I must tell you that for my 2014 Samsung 55 6350 TV the supplied bolts were either too short or too long, and I had to take the long ones to my bench vise, hack saw them, grind the ends smooth, and back off a nut that I just happened to have that fit the threads (without a nut to back off, this method of shortening bolts distorts the thread just enough to prevent use). I thought it odd that a product of this quality, with so many different mounting hardwares included, would ship without the right bolts for a modern TV. Be forewarned. And even if you need a trip to the hardware store (for metric bolts), the mount is worth it.
