A: We are sorry to say that Elasco does not offer end sets for any of the their Dropover systems. For End Sets you will need to look at their Cable Guard Products instead. A: Yes , but not recommended

Q: 5. The low mighty baby stand (this item) (KS101212) and the short low mighty stand (KS101412) have nearly identical specs. Why would you choose one over the other?

A: One might choose the Kupo Short Low Mighty Stand (3.3'), BH #KUKS10141 if they are using a light that has a junior pin and a yoke attachment, as this stand has a junior receiver. On the other hand, one might choose the Kupo Low Mighty Baby Stand (22.5"), BH # KUKS101212 if they are only using lights which have a baby receiver on them.

Q: 6. Would this work well as a slider stand for Dana or Shuttle Dolly?

A: With the pop up 5/8 pin, this stand can work with both the Dana Dolly and the Kessler Crane Shuttle Dolly.

Q: 7. I need to replace the middle foam section for 3 of my Pelican 1700 cases. Will this work? Or will at least 2 of the 3 work? I understand one is shorter than the other two. Thanks

A: There are slightly rounded tips on the end of each foot the Low Mighty Baby Stand.

Q: 9. With casters on, what is the closed length (for transport)?

A: Kupo Low Mighty Stand (6.7') closed lenght is 36.2". The Kupo 100mm Brake Caster 25.4mm Square rise the light stand for another 6 inches. In total the closed lengh with both products is aproximately 42.2''.

Q: 10. Can these be used on a c-stand?

A: The legs on a C-Stand are 25mm in diameter so these would not fit. The C-Stands are not designed with casters of any kind in mind, so its not a good idea to attempt it. You will likely tip over. Your best bet is to use a roller stand.

[7 lb / 3.2 kg] I primarily do sound location recording for film. A producer recently gifted me with five of these Elasco single-channel cable drop overs. He rarely used them, but I immediately started using them on every shoot to guard my audio cables and stingers. They easily snap together to make as long a run as you need. I recently was on a gig where I needed more, so I ordered five additional identical Elasco single-channel cable drop overs. Greatest benefit is obviously protecting the integrity and longevity of my cables and stingers from crew members walking on them, standing on them, and rolling carts and gear over them. Safety wise, this is a great preventative measure from people tripping over any of my cables. I rarely need to gaff tape cables down anymore which is a major financial savings. Just be sure to get the right width and height to fit your cable needs. The ED1050 Single-Channel is sufficient for two to three audio cables or two 12-gauge stingers. If you use larger diameter cables or run bundles of cable together, I'd recommend bumping up another size or two, just beware that the larger you go in height and width, the weight of each drop over goes up as well. No question it raises your perceived professionalism a notch or two with clients. Don't know how I made it so long without these. Highly recommended. 5
