The 120V Da-Lite 24849B Tensioned Electrol Motorized Screen(fabric, roller, and motor available separately) from Da-Lite 24849B Tensioned Electrol Motorized Screenis designed to eliminate the extra step of finishing the screen with trim. The Advantage line of projection screens is designed with ceiling trim already in place. Once the screen is installed, the screen's trim conceals the rough opening in the ceiling, eliminating the need to complete additional trim work. Sliding installation brackets make it easy to attach the screen housing to the structure above the drop ceiling.

Tensioned screens ensure the smoothest surface possible, and the screen features a closure door that hides the open space and screen in the ceiling, providing a cleaner aesthetic. The screen features simple in-ceiling installation that can be done in two stages. The screen case can be installed during the rough-in construction stage, and the fabric assembly can be completed during the finishing stage.

Da-Lite 24849B Tensioned Electrol Motorized ScreenThis box is part of a system. To complete the system you will also require the fabric, roller, and motor assembly. Purchasing the box first allows the box to be installed during the "rough-in" phase of construction. The screen and other components can then be installed once construction is complete. Please be sure to select the fabric, roller, and motor assembly with the exact size and features as designated by this box. The fabric, roller, and motor that goes with this model number is: 24849F.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Will this lens fit my k20?

A: Yes, this will fit your Pentax K20 perfectly. Furthermore, any K-mount lens will fit your K20, including very old manual ones that were made for film. Have fun!

Q: 2. Does this binocular come with front and back rain guards? On Minox's website it indicates that it does but I don't see it mentioned here under what comes in the box. Thanks.

A: Yes it dose come with caps.

Q: 3. Will this lens work on an older Pentax film body such as a P3 or an MZ-50? I know the fstop needs to be set by the camera, and that the focal length will be, I presume, 35mm, I'm just concerned about the mount and connection with the contact info.

A: It will definitely heavy heavy vignetting. The lens is designed to cover the 18-24mm aps-c sensor size not the 24-36mm full frame of 35mm film. The corners of the images will be very dark.

Q: 4. Will it work with Sony FS72?

A: I think the FS7 would work better with the 1 Axis Lynx Slider than this 3 Axis kit. It could do some shots well; a horizontal slide for example. But you would want it set up very lightly... small lens, no accessories, and it could struggle with vertical slides. The Lynx kit is more versatile with a smaller camera, like Sony's A7 series.

Q: 5. Can you print from 6x17 negative? Can you print images larger than whats noted in specs?

A: The maximum film size for this enlarger is 4 x 5 with Condenser Lightsource (No.8121) or with 45S Colorhead (No.8278), or 8 x 10 with Coldlight Conversion Kit (No.8350). It will not be compatible with other film formats.

Q: 6. Can you use this lens in the rain like a WR lens or is the SP coating not strong enough?

A: I would never use this lens in the rain. If I had it out and it started misting I'd point the camera down (and I'd be using a rain-resistant Pentax, probably my K5-iis), but if it didn't quit or if it got worse I'd put the camera & lens in my camera bag. I would take a WR lens on days I thought it might rain, or simply be prepared to put the camera away if i was using a lens like the 35mm DAL. I have never had good luck taking photos in the rain anyway. I've done it and some of them are worth saving, but none were great. If I needed to be out on a rainy day I'd probably use my 18-135WR or perhaps the 18-55WR. As to the SP coating, I don't think that has anything to do with rain resistance. Lawrence

Q: 7. Should I use a lens hood with this lens?

A: Keeping flare or ghosting light away from a lens's front element is always a good idea. Here is an affordable shade. Sensei PRO 49mm Aluminum Lens Hood B&H # SELHM49.

Q: 8. Can it be used without the battery?

A: You can manually push this dolly.

Q: 9. Is this wide angle lens

A: No, this lens will equate to approximately a 50mm lens, which is considered normal.

Q: 10. Will this work on my old Asahi Pentax K-1000?

A: No. It will mount and you can manually focus, but youd have no aperture control. This lens has no aperture ring and is meant solely for electronically controlled cameras. I still have my old K-1000a fine camera!
