The pair of white Galil 5-O 5", 2-Way On-Wall Speakers is a set of on-wall speaker cabinets that feature a 5" polypropylene cone woofer and 0.5" Mylar tweeter. The speakers reproduce a frequency response of 100Hz to 20kHz @±3dB and each handle up to 80W continuous program.

The Galil 5−O on−wall compact speaker features a multi−tap power transformer for selecting 8Ω (bypassing the transformer) or 70V/100V power settings that are suitable for an array installation.

A: No. Wall brackets are included though.

A: These are passive speakers.

Q: 4. I'm impressed with JBL Control Contractor Series. I'm planning to have a set of speakers to build up a home theater from this series. However, I'm missing the center channel which I don't have any clue how to replace this position from control contractor series. Then, I'm going to the 2nd issue which is the subwoofer it's PASSIVE & it won't work with AV receiver. Control 19CS come in pair subwoofer, I thought may be subwoofer plate amplifier going to solve this issue but I'm sure. It seems that it won't going to work. Does any body have a suitable solution to my concern?

A: For the Center channel I would suggest to use the JBL Arena 55IW In-Wall Speaker. I have implemented a similar approach with my system and it works great. Regarding a subwoofer - I would suggest the JBL Arena Sub 100P 10 Powered Subwoofer also.

Q: 5. Works with the Bose Smart Soundbar 900?

Q: 8. What color is the power cord on the white speakers?

A: The Terminal Block Adapters are in Black, but the Wall Plugs will be in White.

Q: 9. Are they all weather speakers? Do they have to be cover under a patio cover?

A: Yes the Yamaha NS-AW194 would need to be under a cover. They are water resistant and UV resistant.

Q: 10. Can I use the speakers without any sound bar?

A: The Bose Wireless Surround Speakers (Bose Black, Pair) BH #BOSSASTB can not work alone. They are to be paired with select Bose Soundabrs.

[2-Way, on-wall] These speakers are excellent. I bought 4 sets of these to be placed in my kitchen, family room, dining room, and the master bedroom. I am using them for music throughout the house. I am quite eclectic in my collection of music so the speakers I needed to have should handle a wide range of sounds. I play everything from classical guitar to chirstian hip-hop. In all forms, the music is crystal clear and bass response is very good. And with low amount of volume to them, they fill the room quite well. 5

[Terminal blocks] I just bought a new home and paid extra for the sourrond sound pre-wire. The problem was that the speaker wire was in the ceiling. After doing extensive research on speakers that could be used in the ceiling for sorround sound, I chose the POLK audio. These speakers are everything I could of wanted. They sound AWESOME!!! 5

[7.2 kHz] I just added RC85i to home theater room. Wow! The RC85i give us the true surround sounds feeling of emersion into the shows and movies we're watching. I've already jumped out of my seat a couple of times with the excellent sounds I'm receiving. I"ve got it RC85i as surround back speakers in the walls paired with an AVR-X2700h. all of it fabulous! 5

[2-Way, on-wall] We installed 8 pairs in our new house. They sound GREAT! I am running 4 in our great room with a 404 sub. It really makes the room good for all around use. Music, cable, gaming etc. The rest went into a master bedroom, master bath, computer room, kitchen, dining and garage. We have a dedicated theater room so I felt like I was "cutting back" using celing speakers on the main level. Was I ever shocked to see this kind of performance! Awsome bang for the buck! 5
