A: The Proaim Multi-Angle Levelling Wedge Plate uses 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads to attach to the top of the desired platform, so yes it is compatible with Manfrotto MVH500A, MVH502A, Provista 7518B and 504HD heads.

Q: 2. Hi Sorry, I don't know the model # of my sachlter fluid head - it's quite old I think - but the opening for the plate is 1.2 (13cm) wide and 1.7 (16cm) long - do you think this one will this fit?

A: This plate is meant for specific Sachtler Tripod Heads, the DV-8, DV-8/100 and Video 14/75. However the Bromwell Quick Release plate with screw for Bromwell & Sachtler quick release adapters is 1.2 x 1.7 inches, the same dimensions as your older head, so it should work for you.

A: The size is 62 x 45 mm, the same as for the FSB touch & go.

Q: 5. I'm trying to mount a castlenut to the bottom, but how the holes are shaped the screws fall right through. What can I do?

A: According to Proaim, for the Proaim Mitchell-Base Tilt Wedge, you can use a 3/8" countersunk head bolt.

Q: 6. I have a benro BV10 (100mm). Will this be able to work? I have a Dana dolly 100mm Mitchell mount adapter.

Q: 7. I will be connecting (soldering) this wall mic to a mic cord and was wondering which wires are positive/negative and the same for microphone cable?

A: Yes, the top is a short ARRI dove tail and is compatible with baseplates that take ARRI standard dovetails.

A: This product is designed specifically for the Camgear T75/100 and 3S-FIX T75/100 tripods. We have not tested if the Carry Handle M for T75/100 and 3S-FIX T75/100 Tripods would work with any other tripods.

[0.13 lb] I ordered this plate as a replacement for my Sachtler FSB 6 Tripod. It fits perfectly and is well-built. The two screws provide stability. B&H shipped the plate quickly and I got it right in time for my next shoot. 5

[1.8 oz / 49 g] I had to order this to replace a lost plate and when it came I discovered that the Sachtler screws are actually the only ones that work with my DSLR for a perfect fit. Might be worth ordering an extra screw or two, just in case... Otherwise, you might end up having to use a washer or two with an offbrand screw to get a tight fit on the bottom of your rig. 5

[0.13 lb] I have owned every VCT plate out there Shape, Zacuto, movcam, chrosziel and i've sold them all. I found them to be incredibly heavy and cumbersome. I wanted something that maintained the low height of my FS7 body when its on my shoulder. Most VCT plates sit so high on the shoulder throwing off the centre of gravity, wooden camera managed to keep the shoulder pad tight to plate eliminating this problem. It only weighs 1.3 LBS which is important when travelling with a kit. They've also ingeniously incorporated their dovetail system into the plate for easy removal of the camera. I cannot recommend this plate enough to anyone trying to keep the weight and profile down of their camera. After a few weeks of shoulder intensive shooting I can confidently say this is the best product out there. 5
