A: The thread pitch is not listed for this adapter. However it will allow you to use 52mm Filters on a 43mm Lens.

A: Unfortuantely, we are not sure. It appears the LOMO 16OPF 12-1 Cine zoom lens 10-100/2.5 16mm lens is an older Russian lens that has since been discontinued. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find any information listing the filter thread size for this lens.

Q: 3. I'll be using this on my 85mm Tessar ZM which has 43mm filter thread. All of my filters (CPL and ND) have 39mm filter thread. Will my 85mm Lens vignette by using this item?

A: Anytime you use a step-down ring to use a smaller filter on the front of a lens with a larger filter diameter, you run the risk of obtaining some vignetting. Unfortunately, we have no way to test or guarantee which lens/focal length combinations. While vignetting would normally be more noticeable with wide angle lenses compared to telephoto lenses, I cannot guarantee you will not get vignetting. The best I can state would be to purchase the item and see if it works for your needs, and if it does not, you would have 30 days to return the item for an exchange or refund via our 30-Day Return Policy on this item.

Q: 4. What is the pitch of the 86-95 step up ring? Does it match the Otus 85mm?

A: Sorry but unable to help. Don't know the Otus and don't know the pitch. All I can say is, that it's a quality ring.

Q: 5. I need to mount a 62mm filter on a 72mm lens, do I need a step up ring or a step down ring?

A: You would need a 62mm to 72mm step down ring.

Q: 6. Does this fit onto Leica Elmarit-R lens with series VII filter thread?

A: Apparently there are two versions of this lens. Series VII retaining ring should be 54mm so this step ring should get you to a 55mm filter size.

Q: 7. Can it work with NiSi S6 150mm Filter Holder Adapter Ring for Standard Filter Threads 105, 95, and 82mm ?

A: This ring will allow for an adapter with a 105mm thread to fit a lens with a 95mm thread.

Q: 8. I need to step up from 48mm to 77mm. Can I use this ring in combination with a 58 to 77mm ring?

A: To mount 77mm filters on a lens with 48mm threads, you can use the Heliopan 48-58mm Step-Up Ring (#184) with any 58-77mm Step-Up Ring. Sensei PRO 58-77mm Aluminum Step-Up Ring, BH #SESURPA5877, is a good option.

A: The Heliopan 46-49mm Step-Up Ring uses standard threads, and are excellent quality step-up rings with brass construction.

A: The thread on both sides is 1.0 mm or coarse.

[0.04 lb] Very well machined, with a beautiful matte black finish. Works as advertised, allowing me to use 58mm filters from another lens on a 55mm diameter lens. Only caveat is that my slim circular polarizer is a bit tricky to get off, since by the time I have used it for a day of shooting, the threads are fairly tightly seated. 5

[0.04 lb] If your concerned about anti-binding or absolute strength (like using it to attach lens modifiers, not just light filters), this is the best of the best. The premium aluminum rings are great too, this just goes the extra mile, but the cost premium can hurt a bit. 5

[0.04 lb] Even though $20.00 sounds like a steep price, I bought a 9+ used Sensei to use until this one arrived backordered. The difference is HIGHLY recomended if you don't want to unscrew your Protection Lens etc.. The difference between the two is simply unexplainable. Well worth the expense for serious trial and error photography. I used this for my B+W Rubber Hood, to alleviate Vignetting on my Nikon D3500 55mm Kit Lens. Perfect. 5

[43 mm to 58 mm] I bought this better quality ring because I wanted to use it to mount a heavy teleconverter. Earlier I bought a cheap one for a lighter use. It works but is not as well made and does not have the smooth feel of the B+W. 5
