Q: 9. Am I correct in assuming that you can store digital photo images on these? And that they far and away surpass the 700mb? Thank you!

A: Yes, they hold up to 25GB of any kind of data you want to write to them (including photos). 25GB is about 25,000mb). However, be aware you will need a Blu-ray burner that supports M-DISC media to burn these discs. If you have a Blu-ray burner that doesn't specifically support M-DISC media, you may be able to download a firmware update from the manufacturer to support M-DISC media. If the drive doesn't come with burning software, you can get free software on the web that will do the job.We have found that these are a good option if your internet service (like ours) is insufficient to upload photos to cloud backup, as long as you have a place off site to store them (we put them in our safe deposit box). However, because these discs will hold A LOT of pictures, just make sure to create a folder structure/index that will allow you to find photos in the future (at minumum, by year and/or subject). A little planning before you create the discs will save you tons of time in the future in the event you need to use them to locate specific photos.

Q: 10. What software do you use to burn onto these 100GB 4x Triple-Layer Blu-ray Discs? I have Toast Titanium 10 and it burns onto 50GB Dual Layer BDR no problem. Contacted Toast's phone support and said it is not possible to burn onto Triple Layer Bluray discs in general. :-/

A: We use imgburn to author and burn ISO files

[50] Very good quality discs and great value for the price. Have burned 7 so far with no problems. They do copy slower than the proposed 6X but that could be my copy programs because my laptop is quite fast.

[1.915 lb] It works, is reasonably priced.

Very good product.

Used with Pioneer BDR-2209.

Has saved me from corruption caused by a bad windows update, that did not react well to previously installed software.

I now make system image before applying any windows updates.

[Single] Been ordering these for awhile now and have not had any issues. I use them to archive edit projects and also to burn blu rays of weddings when needed. Love that they are printable as well.

[Single] We use these in the Archive for temporary data backup, experimental video work and film tests for the 16mm Archive. We have had no issues with PlexDisc BD-R so far and are very happy with them. I don't know if they are any different than top end Verbatim BD-R, but the finish on the PlexDisc is excellent.

Maybe PlexDisc can start making 4.7GB M-Disc DVD now that Verbatim stopped making them. They were a staple of our VHS Archive and sorely missed.
