[40 x 18 x 12"] I can't find one single thing that I don't like about this kit, I got the lights yesterday and tested them right away. They are really high quality and look professional! Everything works perfectly with no flickering. add a softbox and you are ready to go. If you are looking for durable, high quality professional led lights get this kit!! you will not regret it! [IP20] As a freelance producer, this light works great with a number of different set ups. I usually just need a good portable and lightweight for a small interview or broll segment, and this LED Fresnel is perfect. It gives out the light you need without getting too hot. It's the best of both worlds, the efficiency and weight of an LED light but with the beam intensity of a traditional fresnel light. Also the color accuracy is on point, no tinting or inconsistencies. The temp is always accurate. The built-in DMX controls are great addition too. Overall a great purchase.

[5/8" Receiver] This light has, quite simply, blown me away. All my previous attempts at purchasing a light for a price that wouldn't break the bank have been futilebut then I came across this product. One of the biggest pains of other lights was the excessive heat output. When my recorded interviews would take longer than 45 minutes (as they always do!) my traditional fresnel became UNBEARABLY hot, to the point where it was impossible to handle/pack up for quite some time. As my previous light began to heat up, the color began to change as well, leading to inconsistencies in my filming. This light has no such problems and borders on perfection. The color stays entirely accurate, and the output is remarkably powerful without being a traditional fresnel. I cannot recommend this product more highly!

[CRI 95] I will use this product as a background light for interviews. I like working with Daylight balanced fixtures and thi is a perfect addition to my arsenal.

[IP20] We have been super happy with this kit. We've used it for the standard interview set-up, additional wedding dance floor lighting and brightening up dimly lit rooms. We were initially nervous about the total output from LED's, but have been really impressed since they've been put to use. The build quality of the lights is great too. I would put it at least on par with the more expensive litepanels and way above the cheaper kits.(I've tried a few) So far we've found the color temperature to be accurate and really helpful depending on the situation. We bought the optional barn doors to help direct the light which I would recommend.At first there was some confusion in the listing that this came with a battery for the 160AB, but B&H has since changed the description because it wasn't supposed to. B&H being awesome as they always are sent us a battery and charger for free since it was listed incorrectly. I can't say enough good things about them.Small cons: The included case for everything could use a little TLC. It would be nice if it was specifically designed for the lights with compartments and could stand vertical. The included stands aren't the most sturdy out there for sure, but I was expecting that. We use C-Stands instead. Lastly, we couldn't figure out how to attach the the 160AB to a tripod as shown. Maybe we were missing a piece or just didn't know what we were doing.Regardless, this is a great kit for the money we paid and I will continue to buy DRACAST lights as long as they're priced competitively. They seem to be a great company that cares about their product.

[CRI 95] I stated in my previous review the LED160 light didn't dim properly. It turns out when I used the battery Dracast supplied in the kit, and not a knockoff battery I already had, the light functioned properly.

[5/8" Receiver] These lights are great. The adjustable knob for Daylight to Tungsten is excellent. You can even keep the color temperature in the middle so you have a mix. The carrying case that the lights come in is heavy duty, not cheap at all. Straps, wheels the whole nine. Excellent kit that is travel ready!

[40 x 18 x 12"] I recently experienced some horrible lighting and equipment for a very expensive price, not worth it. That's why I am writing this review, I was recommended the Fresnel 1000 Daylight LED from a close friend who is really into perfect lighting. After purchasing this product I am so satisfied. The equipment is not cheap, it is durable as well. I love how bright the light is and how if you keep it on it won't get to hot, which is a plus. Usually good quality product comes with some heavy weight,not this light, it is super light. Highly recommended...Thanks

[IP20] I had a chance to use this kit over the weekend, and it's pretty great. Cases: The kit comes in a big rolling case that holds everything. It's soft sided, but with some good protection for the contents. Inside the case is everything in its own soft case. So if you need the entire kit or just a light and a stand you'll have a case to carry your gear. LED500 lights: These lights have a good weight, good feel, and most importantly some really nice light. I didn't see any flickering at all. The yolks let the lights position nicely and hold them secure. I love that I can use the included AC adaptor to power them, or use my own v mount battery pack to run them. I love the aluminum body for how it makes the lights feel nice and sturdy. LED160 light: This little guy is nice too for a small light. Has a Sony NPF battery mount, or it has an AC adaptor as well. The only issue I had here was that the light only seemed to dim to 90% from 100%, didn't seem to go any lower even though the dial says otherwise. This could be a bad light, and I'll be contacting Dracast about it. But it does at least output at full power and looks good doing it. Light Stands: Pretty good light stands. Compared to a cheap softbox kit I got a few years back these stands are much better quality. You'll still want to sandbag a leg with the LED500 on a stand, but you'd probably want to do that anyway. Overall: I really like this kit. The light quality is great, the power options are plenty, and the price was good for everything you get. I'd buy it again, and I'll likely add a LED1000 panel to this kit at some point in the future. Recommended. Side note: This kit doesn't come with the barn doors for the LED500's, but I bought them as well and really like them. They cover the LEDs for protection in the case, give you a slot for a filter, and the barn doors to attach a gel to or to direct your light a little more. They're solid and attach well and hold tight.
