The Da-Lite Fast-Fold Truss Screen Kit 12'3" x 21"is a terrific screen to use when you are doing a point-of-purchase, location or non-permanent installation presentation. If you travel, this screen can save the day. It features folding 6" truss frame legs that are heavy duty. Fast-Folds are available in many sizes to accommodate your needs.

The legs are made from anodized aluminum and are etched and free from burrs. They are held together with piano hinges and assemble using "Speedy Cranks" to facilitate setup and and breakdown. All legs and frame are welded and made from rigid 1" aluminum . No other tools are required. All components fit into the included durable, wheeled carrying case for convenient transport and storage.

Front and rear projection screen surfaces can be interchanged at any time. The screen can be adjusted up or down in 6" increments. Includes rugged polyethylene carrying cases.

The tab-tensioning feature assures a flat, undistorted image. The back of the screen is designed with additional bracing to promote an even flatness to the screen surface. When this is achieved, the projected image appears more professional leaving less room for your audience to be distracted by a potentially skewed image.

A: The Da-Lite 36633 Drapery Kit for Fast-Fold Truss Projection Screen (8'6" x 14"), B&H # DA36633, comes in multiple pieces, and would not obscure the screen it's used with. It would technically be compatible with a rear-projection setup, but it is intended for a front-projection setup, as the dark material will absorb ambient or reflected light.

A: Per page 5 of the manual, the housing for Da-Lite's Large Cosmopolitan Electrol extends about 4" out from the edges of the screen on either side. The Da-Lite 40823 Large Cosmopolitan Electrol 12 x 12' Motorized Screen (120V), B&H # DACE1212MW, would require an absolute minimum of 152" of horizontal space, but I would recommend having at least 160" of horizontal space.

[132.5 lb] This was the forth 9X12 dalite screen that we have purchased. We also have several 6X8's. We use them for PR meetings in various churches and schools around the US. Dalite screens are excellent! The newer fast fold frames are bigger and built stronger and the easy release latches work extremely well and you no longer need to fight the frame to put it together and take it apart. I often get assistance from a local person at the meeting and they are always amazed at how it all folds together and fits into the case. THe cases are much too big, I think and I have taken them and cut them down so they don't use up so much storage space. 5

[75 x 25 x 12"] The screen functions as described. we used the additional brackets to mount the screen to a concrete wall. The mechanical parts of the screen are smooth and easy to use! 5

[132.5 lb] I have used this Da-Lite screen for the past 3+ years. This is actually my second purchase. Compared to some brands and products, the price is reasonable. The design is solid, great for portable use and easy to setup. However, it weights close to 70 pounds. A great product nonetheless. 5

[132.5 lb] What an incredible picture! I use an HD projector and this screen pops! Really easy to put together and real easy to disassemble. Very adjustable in case you are in a tight space. I recommend! 5

[75 x 25 x 12"] This is the best screen we have ever used for digital demos during our software workshops. The quality is astounding and every subtle change can readily been seen by the students. We can use the screen on the stand, which is for large rooms with a high ceiling or just the screen itself for lower ceiling venues. Either way, it definitely adds value to the classroom experience! Highly recommended! 5

[75 x 25 x 12"] From an installers point of view, this screen really is nice. Install a top and bottom rail and the screen slides over the rails for an easy installation. The screen snaps to the rear of the frame for a very tidy and clean cut appearance. High quality frame, packaged well, easy to install... a good deal all the way around. 5
