[37 lb] I purchased this for traveling to exhibit at conferences. This perfectly fits our booth display with room for additional materials and is checkable with United as a normal-sized luggage. It is the perfect size for the taller items we want to check.

[37 lb] I own 5 of these and they fly around the country constantly. The TSA chucks them around and I stuff them to the limit (97 lbs just under the max allowed 99lbs) with sachtler tripods, matthews beefy baby's, 8x8 frames, etc and it all survives. I of course wrap everything in thick sound blankets, there is 0 padding inside here. So add your own, no problem, I need to fly with sound blankets anyways, so now they double as padding. They're super light weight on their own and the handles are great. I'll line 5 of these up on a magliner Sr. and pull the whole cart using one of the SKB handles, they're super strong. I don't think these cases are intended for so much weight but they handle it all just fine

The wheels make it easy to move your heavy load around without issues. I'd recommend this to anyone looking to move around heavy equipment. I use it to load and unload my product for shows.

[37 lb] I've owned this case for years without a problem. Many of the reviews of this case are borderline silly... complaints that the case it huge so I stuff it with -stands and it is too heavy? (that is your fault, not the case). And complaints that it gets damaged if you ship it? Well, any case, even the high-end Pelican cases, will get damaged if you try to ship too much weight. I've flown with this case several times and it seems to be a great performer. This is a great case for the right reasons. As a video producer, I own a LOT of big equipment, and it gets moved constantly. Of course, if I put a bunch of stands in the case, it will be heavy because the stands are heavy. I had been using the case to haul my Kessler crane and tripod, and it has been amazing (but, of course, heavy). After getting rid of my crane, I mostly use this case for all of the soft boxes, lanterns, flags, umbrellas, and other soft/light supplies because it protects them and the case is a more friendly weight. Recently, I had a shoot that required a long drive and I didn't have enough space in my SUV for all of my equipment, So I used this case like a Trunk that I strapped to the roof rack of my SUV. It worked perfectly. Anyway, this case is somewhat for specific purposes. Don't put 20 C-stands in it or either the case or your back will break. Don't expect it to be padded or have compartments, that isn't what it is made for. If you need a REALLY large case that is crush resistant, this is the case for you.
