The StarTech 2U Vented Sliding Rack Shelf Adjustable Depthfrom StarTech 2U Vented Sliding Rack Shelf Adjustable Depthlets you add a vented, sliding shelf with cable management into virtually any 4-post server rack or cabinet. Its adjustable mounting depth design allows the shelf to be installed easily into server cabinets with mounting depths from 27.6" to 31.6". The sliding rails also offer a locking mechanism to stop the shelf from sliding out too far or sliding back into the rack before maintenance is complete.

Offering a weight capacity of up to 50.1 lb, this sliding rack shelf features a ventilated, cold-rolled steel construction for increased airflow and durability in your server room or wiring closet installations. For ease in routing cables neatly through your rack, it has an included reversible cable management arm that can be attached to the back of the shelf and an adjustable bezel to keep your equipment where you want it.

[21.6 lb] The Auray RS-2U rack shelf with a shelf depth of 14.25 inches was ideal to rack mount a 750 VA UPS. The unit was solidly constructed and worked well. The heavy duty rack used in this project was tapped for 1/4x28 rack screws. The mounting holes were slightly small for the 1/4 hardware and had to be slightly drilled out for a fit. No problem! 5

[29 x 21 x 4"] I bought this shelf for a personal, home project. Unfortunately, I didn't have a connection that could set me up with a Middle Atlantic U2, which now costs a lot! When I saw the price of this Auray, I was skeptical. As soon as I picked up the shipping box from my front door, I could tell this thing had some weight. When I opened it, I saw a rack shelf that was every bit as beefy, well machined, and finished as anything I've bought from other pro AV vendors over the past 30 years. 5

[2U] We had standard shelves in our rack and decided to add more but with slides. We are very happy. We use test devices on the rack that can slide off the back so we installed these upside down so they are like shallow drawers and it worked perfect. we love the versatility of the product to really make it your own. 5

[EIA RS310-D] I'm very glad I found these. Not only are they one of the most affordable rack shelves, but they are very well made. The metal is the perfect gauge, not too thick, but thick enough to be very strong. And the best part is that this shelf has no lips, which allows cables and equipment on or under the shelve to go past the depth of the shelve (front or back). I put two of these shelves on my desk. 5
