A: The DPA Microphones 4560 CORE Binaural Microphone is not a good choice for a mic to use with a wireless transmitter since it has two separate output connectors and requires 5 to 10V. A wireless microphone transmitter like one from Sennheiser accepts only one input and sends a mono audio signal to the receiver. What you could do is connect the mic to separate channels on a mixer and then send the left and right audio from the mixer wirelessly to two receivers to maintain the stereophony.

[0.1 lb] I find that getting noise-free lav-placement one of the most nerve-wracking aspects to film-making. These have really helped give some peace of mind. I appreciate the little two-sided stickies that they come with. It was surprisingly easy to wrap the fur around and stick on to the lave assembly to completely surround the mic end. 5

[0.1 lb] Excellent mount for securing against clothing noise. Add some moleskin and these reduced clothing noise issues from fidgety subjects. Pricey but recommended to have a couple in your kit for tough situations. 5

[0.1 lb] Did you know that the Mars Rover has a DPA (Danish Professional Audio) microphone built into it? The 4097 is a high SPL mic that is used by the Mormon Tabernacle Choir to Faith Presbyterian Church in Sacramento. You can't find a better mic for this purpose. 5

[0.1 lb] These surface mounts are very inconspicuous - about 1/2 in diameter and the lavelier microphones are securely held by their wire just below the mic head. I have them placed on my guitar & ukuleles just below the fingerboard angled at the soundhole and about an 1/8 back from the soundhole rim. Wish I had come across these years ago. I leave mine permanently attached, although I believe, that should I wish, they will be easy to detach without damage. Just love these mounts and using lavelier allows me to record directly and amplify my instruments with their true acoustic properties - very clean and unadulterated sound. [0.1 lb] This is by far the cleanest sounding, extremely low noise omnidirectional mic I've owned. I absolutely love listening to the results of my recordings as I always get beautiful results. Also, they very require very little to no audio editing/treatment before I render my tracks. As of now I've owned the 2006c(stereo pair)for 4 months and I have no complaints thus far. 5

[0.1 lb] These mics are some of the most natural sounding microphones I've heard. They have a super flat frequency response - the flattest of any consumer or professional mic I've seen, except for measuring microphones. The tiny diameter of the mic (about 1/4 in) makes for excellent off-axis high end response. It's difficult to hear much difference in sound quality, whether you're on axis, or 90 deg off axis to the mic. This should make them great for small venues up close with no proximity effect, or for large auditoriums at further distances to the sound source. Of-course, the downside is the relatively high noise level - 23 dBA. I've played around with these mics in a living room environment and a smaller bedroom set up as a sound room, recording music from loudspeakers. So far, I've not noticed the noise level, or at least it hasn't become apparent above the room noise, which was relatively quiet. Recording music from my ESS Hiel Tower loudspeakers equalized for flat response over the range of my one octave analyser (31.5 Hz - 16 KHz), they sounded absolutely phenomenal. Deep, rich, clean bass up through the smooth highs, these mics are great. I look forward to recording some live music with them. 5
