A: Yes, you can. You'd need another matte to put inside this frame though. It may be awkward if the matte is too thick but worth a try. I have only ever used 5x7 prints because it works so well. Hope all goes well.

Q: 10. Is there any information available on transmittance/absorption as a function of wavelength for this product? I would like to know how it affects CRI and CCT.

A: Since the Cinefoil is opaque and is intended for use as a masking product, the transmission would be zero. While Rosco lists the transmission/absorption on their site, it would be limited to color filters only.

[Card Stock] but it does exactly what it is supposed to. I used it to solve some lighting issues I had on set and it forms well and holds shape. It is thick enough that you can make a box with it or even a snoot. does as expected. 5
