The black PortaBrace WPC-10RBAUD Black Wheeled Production Casefrom PortaBrace WPC-10RBAUD Black Wheeled Production Caseis designed for securely transporting your audio equipment. The case will also keep your equipment organized and easily accessible while you are working. The interior of the case features a customizable divider kit, allowing you to choose the number of sections and compartments in the case. There are two exterior front pockets, two large side pockets, one top pocket and one rear slip pocket for quick access to additional accessories.

The Wheeled Production Case is constructed of a strong ridged interior frame and covered with 1000 denier water-resistant Cordura nylon. It is also padded on all sides. Off-road inline skate wheels with steel axles provide superior stability and traction during transport. The case can be pulled using the retractable telescopic steel handle or carried using the carrying handles on the top and side of the case.

Q: 3. Can it be carried on airplant?

A: This case has exterior dimensions of 23.0 x 12.0 x 10.0 . Airlines may differ, but a popular airline like Jetblue's carry on regulations are 22 x 14 x 9 , which would make this bag just miss their guidelines. However you may want to check directly with the airline you'll be flying with.

Q: 4. Looking for a versatile bag to help roll things out on location; would this bag hold two interfit monolights and a couple sandbags ? A collapsible c stand base? Hard to tell how much space in interior and if safe-ish for lights...

A: Yes this will hold two monolights, for the stands you will need a separate bag

Q: 5. Are all the dividers featured in the 4th picture included? It's a confusing listing because on the specs page it says it only comes with 2 dividers - could someone please clarify for me?

A: You put this in the ad for a different case. Having said that, the Ape case comes with all pictured dividers. I have removed at least two to make room for my MKIII with a lens attached, my flash, and my 70-200 and still have room for 3 other lenses, batteries, chargers, etc.

Q: 6. Wheels look very vulnerable, would you be comfortable repeatedly checking the bag on flights.

A: I would say that this is the result of wanting the maximum space. I would imagine Porta Brace is thinking the users want more space and that the wheels, if in the rare chance they are damaged, would be an easy fix.

Q: 7. So this will fit the Livestream Studio HD550?

A: Yes it will. We recommend this case for the Livestream Studio HD550 Production Switcher.

Q: 8. Is this small enough to be a carry on bag? How much does it weigh?

A: No, The Porta Brace WPC-1OR is 11.5 inches x 12 inches x 23.5 inches. The maximum dimensions for a carry on is 9 inches x 14 inches x 22 inches. The bag would be a little too big for a carry on, except JetBlue, and Southwest Airlines will allow up to 24 inches. The WPC-10R weights 11.6 pounds.

Q: 9. Is there any bottom structure to the bag? For example if I put a shorter tripod in the bag and try to roll it, will it sag or is there a hard bottom to keep the tripod supported.

A: Yes, there is a frame within the bag; it should stay rigid in this scenario.

Q: 10. I want to place all my gear -- including my Canon XA10 and Manfrotto MVT502AM tripod -- into one bag I can pull on wheels. I'll be shooting and interviewing by myself and don't want to lug multiple bags. Is this a suitable choice? Thanks.

A: This seems to be more than commodious for the gear you intend to carry. As a former motion picture camera assistant, I wish to caution that the all-in-one bag works only to and from location. Once on location, one bag is hard to move and it's always far away or in the way. I suggest you group the camera and the audio gear in separate bags in this big bag. This will allow you to work faster, be less awkward on set, as well as at your storage facility. It will allow you the flexibility of taking just the camera or the audio, etc, etc when taking the whole bag is a bad idea.

[13.8 lb] With my existing rolling bag on the edge of falling apart (after four years of near daily use) and just slightly smaller than I wanted, I looked around for a replacement. I needed something that I could fit both my camera kit (two Fuji mirrorless bodies, four lenses) and lighting kit (two Lumedyne packs and two heads) plus their respective accessories. Everything I need on a shoot easily fits into this bag (except for stands and large light modifiers, which are in a separate stand bag). In fact, I can add a laptop, external hard drive and tethering kit as well when necessary. Its looks might not be for everyone, but functionally it is worth every penny. I've kept the old bag for the occasional event or carry-on need; for my day to day corporate projects the WPC-10R is a winner. 5

[13.8 lb] Ideal for use on aircraft travel, and has many compartments and a divider kit to customize your gear. Great compact bag for Dslr bodies, lenses, LCD screens, laptop and all other smaller items. Comes with light panel for dark / low light scenarios. The wheels of course are a bonus, I am able to stack another runner bag on top of this. Porta brace is the zacuto of bags, you get what you pay for. I was looking at getting a hiker hk-2 and was swayed to this due to the extras like light, wheels and more usable compartments. 5

[13.8 lb] I love this case. We use it for all of our gear for producing a portable sports show. I was able to divide the inside of the case for our purposes and it works great. Very durable and can hold a lot of heavy equipment. Wheels work great. Handles are great. I love it. It is heavy and takes a lot of space, so be prepared. 5

[13.8 lb] I have to operate sometimes as a one man band so having a bag large enough to put audio, lighting, extension cords, a laptop, and almost everything one needs for a small to medium size shoot into one bag is a necessity so you don;t have to haul multiple bags just put everything into the WPC-20R and WHEEL it to the shoot! For those of you looking at a production case I highly recommend this case primarily for the ability to haul a lot of gear and that it's on wheels. I wish Porta Brace would have added a build in strap or handle as sometimes you can not wheel the case and will have to carry it. I have added a strap to one of the cable hooks on the case but I'm concerned that they may rip out of the bag. 5

[13.8 lb] We bought this bag so we could consolidate our field gear into something that was easily transportable. It was tremendously helpful to be able to customize the interior panels for a tight fit. The zipper pockets are great for storing hard drives and other production accessories. The case is made from extremely durable material... exactly what you would expect from Porta Brace. 5

[13.8 lb] I use this bag to carry 2 Source 4 Jrs. I used to use a Pelican 1650 roller case, but I found them too heavy and cumbersome to be using on a daily basis for location work. I found that this bag replaces the hard case and protects my gear just as well in an easy to carry solution. The quality is everything expected from Porta Brace. 5
