A: The ORCA OR-34 Audio Mixer Bag will fit a Zoom F8n, but there will be extra space. The ORCA OR-270 would be recommended instead.

A: This will work with most harnesses, as the top just folds around the straps and fixes to itself with velcro. Much quicker, easier,and more convenient than the poncho I have.

A: No. I have 633 in 1 row, and 3 receivers in other row, within main bag. Extra receivers beyond that go in front pocket, or side pouches.

A: The ORCA OR-30 Audio Bag may be not provide a suitable fit for the Zaxcom NOVA Field Mixer/Recorder. As a better option for the NOVA, ORCA recommends the OR-272 Sound Bag for Zoom F4 and F8N (B&H # OR272), which is a lightweight, low-profile bag that will also fit the Zaxcom NOVA and Sound Devices MixPre-10, and the OR-330 Sound Bag for Sound Devices 833/888/633 & Zaxcom NOVA (B&H # OR330), which is a larger bag. The actual fit for the Zaxcom NOVA will vary depending on the additional modules you may be using with it. The interior dimensions of the OR-30 are 10.2 x 6.9 x 4.7" (26 x 17.5 x 12 cm), the interior dimensions of the OR-272 are 8.66 x 8.27 x 2.16" (22 x 21 x 5.5 cm), and the interior dimensions of the OR-330 are 10.6 x 7.5 x 5.1" (27 x 19 x 13 cm). Please measure the dimensions of your Zaxcom NOVA and any modules you will be using with it to compare with the interior dimensions of the bags to determine which one wll provide the best fit for your setup.

This case should provide enough space for the F6, a Sony L-series battery, and one or two Sennheiser EK 100 or EK 500 G4 Camera-Mount Wireless Receivers.

[0.18 lb] After looking at bags of various sizes from several manufacturers I went with this one. It holds my SD 633, SD 302, wireless RX's, & TX's, cables, headphones and it can handle even more with the bungee cord. It's well built and I'm pleased with my choice. 5

[0.18 lb] First off, the light blue color makes it so easy to see what's going on in the bag. I actually bought a black porta-brace bag first, but quickly returned it when it was apparent that the black lining made it very hard to see black patch cords against a black SD 633 mixer. I can't stress enough how cool the aluminum frame is and how much sturdier it makes the overall bag. I am carrying a SD 302 mixer in addition to my SD 633 in my OR-34 Mixer Bag, as well as three G3 wireless rx, an Audio Devices BD system, and I still have some room to grow. I do like the trend of bigger, clear covers for the top of the bag - that way your antennas won't get smashed. The OR-34 incorporates a larger clear cover that is also removeable. The bag also comes with a generously padded shoulder strap but I use a harness so I don't have much experience working with the strap. By the way, B&H made the exchange of the porta-brace bag for the OR-34 bag a quick and painless experience. This is why B&H always gets my business. 5

[0.18 lb] I freelance for all of the broadcast networks doing news and feature shoots. I bought this bag for my back up mixer, a Sound Devices 302 and using this bag has convinced me to buy the larger OR-32 for my other mixer a Sound Devices Pre-Mix 10T. This bag works almost perfectly for broadcast situations. I highly recommend it. 5
