A: The TY-C10 works fine on my Olmpus OMD cameras; the absense of a D-ring is no problem, all it takes is a quarter to tighten. It is my understanding that any arca-swiss plate should work with any arca-swiss plate, although some my work better than others. I have such a plate on one of my cameras and it works, although not as well as the TY-C10. Not so sure how the Sirui plate would work with larger cameras however.

Q: 3. Does this work with the Panasonic Plasma tv model TH-65VX100U?

A: The TH-65VX100U requires the TY-ST65VX100. We cannot guarantee that the tabs and slots will fit properly with the 100 series model.

A: No D-ring. But it is a strong mount with stainless steel ( I believe ) bolt.

A: The ball sphere is smooth on this head and it is constructed of aluminum.
