Q: 9. Can this be used for live stream voice changer?

A: The Overloud Gem VOICE Vocal Production Software is a plugin suite meant for use with digital audio workstation (DAW) programs such as Logic, Pro-Tools, etc. It can be run in AU, VST, and AAX formats, which are typical for such software. It will not run in standalone mode, so you must have a DAW to use this software. It features typical vocal mixing effects, such as compression, EQ, Delay, &c. but it does not feature pitch shifting or other effects which could be considered for use as a "voice changer."

Q: 10. This says it's the classic, yet the pictures shows the black label?

A: The Electro-Voice EVM12L Classic 12 is the Classic 12. It is not the Zakk Wylde signature version. The Black Label simply is to convey that it is EVs high performance line. The only way you can tell the difference aside from the price, is the manufacturers part number. The Zakk Wylde version # F.01U.273.861 ends in the number 1 and the Classic 12 is # F.01U.273.862 ends in a 2.

[2.3 lb] Yes, this pedal is pretty cool! I particularly like the orchestra and choir voices, though the rest are interesting too. I got it, added it to my pedal board, and tried it out at a gig. Audience members were looking around trying to figure out where all the orchestral sounds were coming from. My bandmates thought it was hilarious that our scrappy garage band suddenly had this new big production sound.

[2.2 MΩ] Best chorus I've played. Limited range but sounds so good. The modern 9v plug is a bonus.

[2.2 MΩ] well, I have dozens of pedals, but this one still amazes me from the first day I bought it. spectacular slow down feature, selectable waveforms, 16-step sequencer, envelope, presets, tap tempo (along with tap-in port), expression support, tons of subdivisions... well, it just does everything, in STEREO, and still it's all analog. can be really as slow and as lighting-ring-mod-like fast as you want: the rate button works like a gear switch for precise adjustments. also, we all know EHX doesn't look good at times, but the visuals we got here are just awesome, sorts of retro spaceship with those leds on top (those don't only look nice, but also an important part of its UI). real candy to look at. there's only one con: the thing isn't small and won't fit small boards, but at least all the controls are visible, no hidden settings etc. Devs at EHX could make it smaller and even save some money on electronic parts, but it's big by design: both features and sounds wise.

[2.2 MΩ] The EHX series of organ pedals are a breath of fresh air in an industry that seems content recycling the same basic stompbox designs. You can get a wide range of sounds that go from subtle organ texture to bizarre voicings. Having a dry signal out is fantastic for players like me (bass) who want to keep an uneffected signal to my bass rig. Meanwhile I can run the organ sounds into a separate amp and/or series of pedals and tweak to taste. I'm not sure I'll use it in a live setting much, but its a blast to record and play with.

[2.3 lb] The Electro Harmonix Platform Compressor is a fantastic stereo compressor pedal that works quite well. It runs on a standard 9-volt pedal power supply that it comes with. I used three of them for a live techno set I was doing. I had a Roland TR-8, Roland TB-3, and Novation Circuit all synced and running together. I had Platform Compressors on the stereo out of each piece of gear and they worked perfectly. They were very reliable but I did have a user error once which I will mention so you can avoid it. The Swell knob got bumped and my attack times began fading in completely throwing off the timing of the TB-3. I couldn't figure out what happened till after my set. So be careful to not hit this knob mid performance. To remedy this possibility, I used electrical tape to hold my knob settings in place after this incident and never had this issue again. The Platform Compressor is fantastic for the money and for the functionality. Stereo compression has never been more convenient with the Platform Compressor.
