[5.35 lb] This works very well for a solution to building a higher desk as that isn't always permanent. I think the price is very fair and have ordered multiple of this product now as I utilize them within my company. Overall, very pleased with this product.

[Aluminum] I needed some way to have 4 monitors without placing something behind the bottom 2 monitors to keep them higher than the bottom ones. Saw this and knew this would do the trick. Received it and installation was easy. I have (2) 25" monitors on the bottom and (2) 17" monitors on top. Holds up well. No uneasiness that it might fall. Just make sure you have the top monitor attachment angled down. You will see that the brackets that connect to the back of the monitor are angled. I mounted the top monitors and realized that I need to angle them downward. But once i made that adjustment, it worked out perfectly.

[5.35 lb] I spend my entire day working on a computer, and silly me, usually used my laptop, well, as a laptop. That is, until I ended up with a pinched nerve in my neck and at PT. A life change in order, I've been using the Dual Monitor Ergotron with one monitor on one side, the optional laptop attachment on the other, and a full size keyboard and mouse. Now instead of pain and tingling in my arm all day, I can once again do my job. Being able to shift between sitting and standing throughout the day is a blessing. Anyone who spends the whole day on a computer will love it.

[Aluminum] I am recording voice overs from home and I'm using this Sorber baffle to stand behind me and prevent room reflections from making their way back to the microphone. It is very effective.

[5.35 lb] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Far sturdier and higher quality than expected! Does a great job of converting work space and freeing up desktop real estate. Quite portable as well, though a bit heavy for everyday on the go.

[5.35 lb] I used to have a Fluidstance board at work, and wanted to get something similar when it looked like SIP is gonna last forever...


One of my biggest fear is that the metallic bottom of Fluidstance's products would straight up murder my snowflake wood floor at home. Luckily, the rubberized bottom of the standing balance board from Uncaged solved that problem.


The board is very nicely constructed, and the rubberized design absolutely protected my floor. I really enjoyed the dampened feel too!

So, yeah, while this board is not as polished as Fluidstance (which was built like an Apple product), it IS priced at less than half the price, PLUS that it's got rubberized contacts at the bottom. For me, it's just PERFECT!

[Aluminum] Got this for my son’s room. I put a 1.25” butcher block top on it. The desk works great and lifts and lowers smooth. I have purchased other products from this company. So far everything still works and the quality is really good. Don’t fall for the expensive and cheaply made stuff in the store. This brand will outlast them by a long shot.

[Aluminum] My firm two of these panels for portable use in recording interviews for the Dastardly Cleverness in the Service of Good podcast. I was prepared for them to make some difference, but not a lot. In fact they're amazingly effective at absorbing sound and reducing reverberation, as you can tell just by standing next to one and speaking. Not a replacement for a professional studio or sound stage, of course, but great for the right situation.

NOTE: panels like this are designed to absorb sound reflections, not to provide sound-proofing, which requires construction-level solutions. So they shouldn't be expected to do much at all to block sound coming from outside the recording space.
