A: The main difference between the Multi-coated Heliopan 46mm Circular Polarizer and the 46mm High Transmission Circular Polarizer is the filter factor; the high transmission CP will have a filter factor of one stop, where the multi-coated has a factor of approximately 1.3 stops. Both filters feature index markings. The high transmission CP does not have a slim mount. Both filters have the same 16-layer coating, and are both produced from Schott glass.

A: A 105mm clip-on cap will not fit on this filter, as there are no threads on the filter to clip the cap onto. We do not currently sell the 105mm filter cap from B+W, as they have discontinued their line of slim filters and it is no longer available to us.
