The Heliopan 72mm Slim Circular Polarizer Filterhelps to reduce reflections and glare by filtering out light that has become polarized due to reflection from a non-metallic surface. This results in a noticeable increase in the saturation of skies and foliage, as well as clearer imagery when photographing in hazy conditions. A circular polarizer differs from a linear polarizer in that it supports full use of a camera's autofocus and auto exposure functions.

The front and rear surfaces of the filter both feature a single anti-reflection coating. Each coating helps to increase light transmission by reducing reflections, scattered light, and ghosting. A: I keep this filter on my Zeiss Batis 25 mm lens 98% of the time. It fits on very nicely and screws off without a filter wrench. The filter also has front threads so that you can stack another circular filter such as a ND over it. Easy.

A: A 105mm clip-on cap will not fit on this filter, as there are no threads on the filter to clip the cap onto. We do not currently sell the 105mm filter cap from B+W, as they have discontinued their line of slim filters and it is no longer available to us.
