Due to the small design differences between the lenses, none of the current LensCoat options would be compatible for use with the Canon EF 400mm f/2.8L II USM lens you own. LensCoat states that if you contact them directly and if they can find a copy of the Canon EF 400mm f/2.8L II USM lens, they may be able to make a custom LensCoat for $195.00. I hope that helps.
