A: You don't need anything else to adapt this to your telescope - the reason why the E-mount version is longer while the Nikon/Canon versions are shorter is because the flange distance between the (Nikon/Canon) mount and sensor are greater due to the mirror.

[Aluminum] Very well made. Strong and stable. Was worried that it would be too small for my spotter, but it is fine. Only con is that it doesn't fit in my range bag. Would certainly buy again. 5

[0.235 lb] Specifically bought this to use with my Sony QX1 on my Celestron EDGE HD 8 telescope. I have a Hyperstar system which replaces the front mirror for using the telescope at f2 instead of f10. This T-mount works perfect - the threads were compatible and everything works. 5
