[0.15 lb] I needed a matte box that was lighter than the RedRock unit, for handheld work. This was suggested to me to be the lightest one available that still had two full filter holders. It's design is really solid and it is well made. The donut solution is the best I've seen as well. Also the french flag / eyebrow folds in half to make it easier to pack and travel with. I'd buy this again if I ever needed a second one.

[0.15 lb] It's a filter tray that locks in perfectly for the SmallRig Mini Matte box.... Not much to say about this thing other than it works. It locks in to place securely and leaves you with a sense of confidence that your filter won't fall out (unlike the Tiltaing Matte Box, with its small, knobby pin-stop mechanism). The only small gripe I have is that this is plastic. I should have realized that before purchasing, but honestly, I still would have bought this again even if I knew it was plastic - especially considering how inexpensive this is!

[0.15 lb] So I love this dual tray. It's actually much more secure and secure than I anticipated. But this piece is just one piece to a potentially expensive puzzle. If your like me, you probably bought this intending this to solve the issue of wanting to hold multiple filter. Which is not an issue, but your really going to want the stackable tray holder to go along with this. The very delicate Vaxis filters need to live in their own filter trays without being taken out during a shoot day. So you will want the ability to "hot swap" them quickly. At least this dual tray allows you to keep two filters together that will likely live together like a pure mist and polarizer while you swap out the IRNDs depending on the ND strength you need. Still glad I bought this but it didn't solve my immediate problem with "swapping quickly" during a fast pace shoot day. What shoot day isn't fast paced???

[0.15 lb] The matte box has performed exactly as expected. It's being used in conjunction with a Sony VCL-HG0872 wide angle lens on a Sony FX1. I also purchased a RS15IIM (250) rod support system.

[0.15 lb] I didn’t know what I was missing before I purchased this matte box and VND filter. I film a lot of content that moves in and out of buildings and cars and messing with iso and screw on VND’s made this nearly impossible. This matte box and filter really solves all of my issues and makes my FX3 rival a FX6.

[0.15 lb] Very happy with it. Love that it scales up and down, super modular. Great for drones, gimbals, etc. only complaint is that square filters can be difficult to remove at times.

[0.15 lb] Sometimes you use the same two filters over and over, so this is handy for keeping that stack in one tray so you can drop it in at a moment's notice.

[0.15 lb] No complaints just wish this came with the Mirage mattebox instead of the single filter tray.

[0.15 lb] This allows me to use my same filters on my gimbal rig that I use on my handheld and tripod rig. I love that they are stackable, too.
