The Telesteps 12' Combi Ladderfrom Telesteps 12' Combi Ladderconverts from a 8' A-frame step ladder to a 12' extension. It has a Type 1AA safety rating, offering a load capacity of 375 lb. A: Folded the soft ladder appears as it does in the picture. Length wise the folded ladder is about 1 meter.

A: These replacement feet are not compatible with the Telesteps 1205.

A: They show another model it should work but talk to B&H to be sure

A: Spoke with handy man he said you need about 6 feet to open and pull out and have enough room to carry anything up

A: Yes. The following unit rises from the bottom to the top.

Q: 6. Elsewhere, when I look at the Telesteps 12es, I see on the pictures that it has 8 steps on one side and 6 steps on the other. Yours on the picture shows 7 and 5. Can you confirm the number of steps of the actual ladder that you ship?

A: The photo is not correct. It does have 8 steps that can be used on one side.

Q: 7. Can this be used as an extension to an existing fire escape?

A: We would not recommend that. For information regarding how to safely extend your fire escape ladder please contact your landlord or local fire station.

Q: 8. This boom pole is strong enough to hold Godox AD400?

A: Yes it is strong enough , make sure u use a counter weight

Q: 9. Can you use this ladder as a ramp to pull containers into the attic and lower them down?

A: The Telesteps Loft Ladder is not designed to be used as a ramp. It should only be used as a ladder.

[375 lb (170 kg)] I love that my a Telesteps 1800EP is light enough for me to do ladder pulls as a roof inspector and yet strong enough to get me to the top safety. It's light, compact and hasn't failed be. Just ordered some new feet for it and I'll be back on top once again. Excellent buy. 5

[31 x 28 x 5.9"] The Telestep® ladder is fantastic and fully functional. The original feet disintegrated following much use. These were identified on the internet and fit. Thanks 5

[26 lb] I needed a ladder that could tuck away for a smaller opening into an overhead storage space. This worked perfectly, of course more expensive than a typical attic ladder that required a bigger opening, but considerably cheaper than some of the other options. It's sturdy and hefty, but the aluminum material makes it still light enough to manage. I feel safe when using it. Only issue is I wish the instructions were more concise and clearer. The images and text can get a bit confusing, and their videos online don't explain the entire installation, just the mounting process. Nevertheless, I'd still recommend and would buy it again if needed. 5

[26 lb] I have an older Model 1205 and the original feet had disintegrated. Purchased these in the hopes that I could continue using the ladder and they fit perfectly and should give me many more years of use. 5

[Aluminum] It fits and is an updated version to the old foot that denigrated. I hope this one lasts longer. Love how it pivots to fit the floor, the old version didn't. 5

[31 x 28 x 5.9"] Product delivered very quickly. Decent price. Fit perfectly. Just don't know how long it will last. Telesteps should provide a longer lasting better engineered foot/feet for this model of ladder. Some newer versions of this ladder do have better replacements. 5

[31 x 28 x 5.9"] These ladder feet more reasonably priced with this company compared to other suppliers. Took awhile as on back order but supplier kept in touch with updates and offered several times to provide a full refund if I decided to cancel the order. Item finally arrived and was installed easily. Quite satisfied with my experience and the product is exactly the same as the original product. 5
