[300 lb (136 kg)] Product delivered very quickly. Decent price. Fit perfectly. Just don't know how long it will last. Telesteps should provide a longer lasting better engineered foot/feet for this model of ladder. Some newer versions of this ladder do have better replacements.

[300 lb (136 kg)] I needed a ladder that could tuck away for a smaller opening into an overhead storage space. This worked perfectly, of course more expensive than a typical attic ladder that required a bigger opening, but considerably cheaper than some of the other options. It's sturdy and hefty, but the aluminum material makes it still light enough to manage. I feel safe when using it. Only issue is I wish the instructions were more concise and clearer. The images and text can get a bit confusing, and their videos online don't explain the entire installation, just the mounting process. Nevertheless, I'd still recommend and would buy it again if needed.

Took awhile as on back order but supplier kept in touch with updates and offered several times to provide a full refund if I decided to cancel the order. Item finally arrived and was installed easily. Quite satisfied with my experience and the product is exactly the same as the original product.

[1' (0.3 m)] The Telestep® ladder is fantastic and fully functional. The original feet disintegrated following much use. These were identified on the internet and fit.

[Aluminum] I love that my a Telesteps 1800EP is light enough for me to do ladder pulls as a roof inspector and yet strong enough to get me to the top safety. It's light, compact and hasn't failed be. Just ordered some new feet for it and I'll be back on top once again. Excellent buy.

[300 lb (136 kg)] Great ladder. Two person install in 15 minutes. I would offer manufacture a few things that I believe would be improvements. But am satisfied. I installed for access to loft without trap door.
