The 32.8' ATEN 2L1010P PS/2 Console Extender Cable 32.8'from ATEN 2L1010P PS/2 Console Extender Cable 32.8'is designed to connect two KVM systems to each other while providing the highest signal capacity with the lowest signal loss. The extender cable is double shielded to prevent RF interference; below the outer PVC insulator there is a copper braid RF shield, and beneath the RF shield there is a mylar foil shield. There is an HDB male/female connector for VGA connection, and two male/female 6-pin mini-DIN connectors for your mouse and keyboard. The cable contains low resistance and low capacitance 24 AWG wires for maximum video performance. The red, green, and blue video signals are carried through coaxial wires to reduce interference, and the signal carrying wires are enclosed in a one-piece envelope. The video cable is constructed in compliance with standard UL 2919, and the mouse and keyboard cable is constructed in compliance with standard UL 2464.

They appear to be about 3 times the diameter of the rest of the cable. This is what determines the size of the conduit or holes that are needed to pass the cable through.

A: The unit breaks down and setup fairly easily. The seat is attached by 4 set Philip head set screws and the casters is a pull and tuck system.

[3.75 lb] I'm using two of these as home runs to my basement from my second floor office. I moved my 2019 MacPro to the basement along with it's raid arrays, etc and UPS. In attempt to remove all the heat and noise from my office. The cables connect to two OWC thunderbolt 3 docks (on per home run) via 2 different thunderbolt ports on 2 different busses and between them runs 4 displays (2 per dock) Works like a champ! I ran them through the walls and in my attic, works awesome! It feels like the machine is still sitting at my feet, no discernible difference! The cables seem pretty tough too! 5

[8.1 x 8 x 3.1"] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does the job it is supposed to do. Huzzah! Now, maybe it didn't need to be proprietary and expensive in the first place or a longer cable could have just been included in the first place. But if you're willing to spend the money, and of course you are to get this system looking all cable managed, then it's going to do exactly what you need it to do... Stretch to a reasonable length. 5

[3.75 lb] Upgraded from Corning TB2 to TB3 cables along with new OWC TB docking station and M1 Mac. all works as expected. Like the new rolled on wheel packaging .. less susceptible to damage in shipping or between sites. 5
