A: I have the 16-35 mm f2.8L lens. This pouch fits it with the hood attached (perfect length). Keep in mind that the hood is very wide compared to adapter end of the lens. Don't expect a snug fit along the body of the lens. Once you pull the cord close, the lens stays in the pouch well. I believe the length of your lens and mine are the same. The filter on your is 77 mm vs 82 mm for mine. So I think your hood is close to mine. I think this pouch would fit your lens.

A: Since I do not have the camera, I cannot say exactly, but I think it depends on how lose you want the hat to fit. They are supposed to stretch onto the lens, so you want to buy one that is smaller than the lens diameter. But I know myself that they can be hard to put on if they are too snug and require too much stretching. But then they stay on better, of course, so it IS hard to tell. I think I'd go with the smaller one, especially if the lens is shallow - i.e. not very long. If the hat is too big and just kind of loosely holding on, it will probably be falling off if the lens isn't very long. Just MHO.
