However, it is up in the air to whether the voltage percentage will be read correctly in the camera. We suggest using only batteries marked for use with the camera and to read this note from RED. WARNING: While third-party batteries may be mechanically compatible with the camera system, the manufacturer is responsible for the performance and stability of third-party options, not RED. A: In the EVF you can turn on the Battery Status screen. It displays information about the battery and DC IN source. This would include any brand 14.4DCV battery that has been regulated to the camera's power input level.

[2] I was so tired of waiting forever for my batteries to charge. Moving up to this charger wasn't easy on my wallet, but it has made my life significantly less stressful. I can now have 4 batteries charged in the time it used to take to charge just 1! I am VERY pleased that I made this purchase and I wish I would have made it sooner. 5

[LED] This v-mount plate coupled with the MicroBalance Plus from Redrock Micro make a great and affordable power solution for your DSLR shoulder rig. With one dedicated power-tap for the 5D and another (12VDC 50watts max) to power either an audio device or monitor or both with a splitter! 5

[3.88 lb] One of the best simultaneous chargers. very usefull if you have a long term job and need your bateries to be 100% on time. You can use it for shorts jobs also but its the best you can find out there for fast charging. 5

[Quick Charge] I bought this to make a custom battery plate for my Canon 5DM2 camera rig, and didn't want to buy another pre-made adapter. I plug-in my camera, monitor, Blackmagic Mini-Converter, and soon my Tascam DR-100 digital recorder. Using an IDX Endura battery gives me the convenience of powering all my devices off one large battery. Eliminates the need for swapping multiple batteries, and carrying 3 different chargers, or other batteries. 5

[Quick Charge] 7.3V and 12V d-tap let me power my camera (7.3V), a led ligth (12V) and a wireless microphone receiver (12V). I use it on a Redrock microPod Accessory Plate (I had to found screws because the supplied ones did not fit). No more multiple batteries that dies out at different times and much longer running time with a single battery, sweet! 5
