[USB type A male] I like the size of the card reader, easy for travel and the Silicon rubber keeps the USB plugs clean although it would have been good if this also covered the card slots on the side. Fits the SD & MicroSD cards so I don't need to use an adapter for the micro. Data transfer was fast from my Skydio drone card. Was slightly warm after transferring about 60 GB but not usually and the aluminum outer shell transfers the heat easily. 5

[Plastic] Used this to plug the USB C into my Samsung S10 phone, which allowed me upload photos to the cloud iff my SD card. This was much faster than using the Cannon wifi app. 5
