The Elite Screens SableFrame 73.6"x130.7" Projector Screenfeatures a CineGrey 3D screen surface, which is an angular reflective front projection material designed to reject ambient light while maintaining superb picture quality. The CineGrey 3D is the perfect solution for rooms that have little or no control over incidental light. This means that it's an ideal fit for family rooms as well as lecture halls, boardrooms, sports bars, training facilities, and other business environments. This is well suited for low-lumen output projectors.

The CineGrey 3D screen material is superior to traditional white or gray materials in its ability to maintain a sharp, bright image, regardless of ambient light. The angular reflective material incorporates a diffusion layer over a highly reflective surface. This causes direct light from the projector to reflect squarely into the viewer's field of vision, while the outer contrast layer enhances image quality while absorbing indirect ambient light.

[41 lb] I ordered this screen to go with my BenQ HT3550 projector (also through B&H Photo) and had about a week of viewing on a bare white wall prior to the screen being put up. The difference is dramatic. The two areas the projectors trail behind TV's is color reproduction and contrast. I was initially worried that the ES Sable Frame CineGrey fixed frame screen may sacrifice color vibrance for the sake of contrast, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the brightness and color brilliance did not suffer at all even though the contrast was boosted tremendously. In my light-controlled room, both contrast, color, brightness, and sharpness was significantly better than my 55 inch 4k HDR LED T.V., which was not at all the case when I was projecting onto a bare white wall. Well worth every penny. Installation notes: definitely need 2 people to do the job, and just in case you are wondering if they accidentally gave you the wrong fabric...just keep rolling it out. There was a good 4 to 5 feet of white protective fabric before you actually see the screen material. Oh, and once the frame itself is assembled, I highly recommend going ahead and installing the top mounts to your wall, making sure wverything lines up with the bare frame, and then putting the frame back down and attaching the fabric. It is a lot easier to make adjustments and alignments without the fabric in and this also reduces the risk of accidental damage to the fabric. 5

[Yes] I bought it for my light controlled home theater room to increase my already high contrast protector. The gray screen gives the picture an extremely beautiful image with vivid colors an excellent contrast and brightness. The screen should be built with more quality material to provide a more strong screen especially on the back. Should have a blacks back cover. 5

[Yes] Nice, simple screen good for our needs, which is occasional use (eg. Friday movie night!) Shows very slight edge curl along the vertical edges, but nothing serious. Retracts at a reasonable speed - I still hold onto the included drawstring as it goes up, but it'd probably be fine if I didn't. Good picture quality from the surface. Light enough that I'll be OK with moving it from our living room to outside our garage door for neighborhood movie night in the summer. (Don't leave outside in the weather, of course.) Would definitely buy again. 5
