With a 100% cotton rag base made from a hot press mould, this 50-sheet pack of 13 x 19" black and white construction paper artfrom black and white construction paper artoffers photographers and artists a smooth matte surface with a high resolution coating that provides a high D-max and wide color gamut. The 205 gsm paper is naturally white with no optical brightening agents, is acid- and lignin-free in its construction, and is alkaline buffered to increase longevity. Also, it has a thickness of 12 mil and is double-sided. Finally, the medium dries nearly instantly and is water-resistant.

A: Yes, very easy.

Q: 6. About how many prints could you make with this before it's exhausted? 5x7 or 8x10 size.

A: This developer does not seem to oxidize quickly. I cant give the exact number, but I have done 30 -8 x 10 prints without noticing an issue. I cant say enough great things about this developer.

Q: 7. Does this have to be specially disposed or can it be poured down a regular drain?

A: According to the MSDS for this developer, this product should not be disposed of in bodies of water, in sewers or in the ground. Any used chemistry should be given to a licensed reclaimer for proper disposal.

Q: 8. Resently bought this multitone brand photo paper, who makes it? I do pinhole photography using paper as megative. Iso 6?

A: The Inkpress Media company makes the MultiTone Black & White RC Paper. The ISO of the paper may be 10 ISO.

Q: 9. What contrast do you get if you expose with typical incandescent light?

A: When printing without a filter with MultiTone Black & White RC Paper or any multigrade paper, it is considered a #2 contrast.

Q: 10. Does the paper selenium tone evenly with a cool paper and warm emulsion?

A: The Ilford Multigrade Art 300 Paper is a fiber base paper and can be toned.

[Double] As a teacher I use this for my students feeling more positive about what I let them work with as well as knowing/hoping that what I put down the drain is less or not toxic at all. There is no difference in quality between this and any other photo chemicals I have used. To be even more eco friendly use the Fixer for multiple days, developer does need to be replaced each day though. 5

[Matte] This is the developer for print solarization AKA Sabattier effect. Just follow the enclosed directions; mix, dilute and expose your paper as directed (directions are attached to the can) and your solarized images will glow with the tone reversals and dramatic Mackie lines that characterize this otherworldly look. Yes you can use your normal paper developer for this effect but you will find it much more difficult to achieve results that are even close to the Solarol product. I have used Solarol for years in my photography classes in high school and college and it is the developer for print solarization. 5

[205 gsm] I live in the country and have a well and septic system and can't put poison into the ground. This allows me to have a darkroom without worry. I don't notice any difference in quality from the Ilford developer I used to use. 5

[Double] Like all eco pro products, this one makes a lot of promises. And like all of the eco pro products I've used, this one seems to deliver. It is a bit slower than the previous paper developer I was using, but it is just as sharp. 5

[4.95 lb] Great paper, nice warm look, no curl. Printed 5x7 Graduation invite in my wide format printer trimmed them up and looked perfect. 5

[Matte] Unlike some products, the gallon savings on this product are substantial. I pour it off to fill quart bottles, because it takes me a good while to work through it. Mixed 1:9, it has excellent capacity. I like the tones I get with it on my warm-tone papers, and that it seems to slightly diminish the tendency toward reddish mid-tones in selenium toner. 5

[205 gsm] I started with Ilford multigrade developer but that was out of stock and I moved to this. It works well and lasts a while in the darkroom during one session with the proper dilution. This developer is much warmer than I thought it was going to be, but the Ilford multigrade was a cool developer so this one is probably warm to neutral. I love the look. 5
