[1.055 lb] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tray was easy to install. We bought the extra tray because it seemed we were constantly filling the paper tray. This has been a timesaver. 5

[255 gsm] These trays are much larger than the tray that was on the original printer and they hold a full ream of paper, which is especially nice. The only drawback that I can see is the numbers on the front of them are all labeled with a "3" instead of increasing numbers as they should be to match the increasing number of trays. There appears no way to change it other than to print out the labels yourself! Otherwise, how do you tell someone to load tray 2 when they are all mislabeled? HP needs to improve its system of numbers on the trays which should be a simple thing. 5

[96%] Before this purchase, I have used 4 or 5 other shredders in the last 25 years. They were all noisy and troublesome to say the least. This Dahle paper shredder is totally different than previously owned shredders. This one is a bit slower in shredding but is pleasantly quiet and shreds paper without any issues. The collection bin is big and easily accepts waste can liners that can be simply & neatly removed for disposal. It has a contemporary look and hope it has a long lifespan in my home office 5
