Using speed rings with boxes, keeps weight on the swivel and i've rebuilt my swivels on both my quantums 4-6 times each. I have a beautiful metal beauty dish with a detachable metal honey comb grid for my Quantum also. That fits into the bulb socket as any reflector would. I don't remember where I bought it. This Box though that is listed, is really nice light and I questioned the price but I have two now. I've bought the $50 pop out type and they don't hold up, nor is the light near as nice. This travel with me.
