A: The sample Pad 4 does feature velocity sensitive pads.

A: No, these samples are in the SampleTank format and cannot be imported into another program.

A: I m sad but I m using with iPhone8 plus and it's perfect !!!

Q: 10. How quickly does it switch samples to a different sound? Load time?

[Percussion] I bought this for my son who is a drummer. He LOVES it- says that he can probably ditch his full drum kit and just use this for many of his smaller gigs where there is not enough room for his full set. The sounds are amazing and the pad sensitivity is spot on. Great product for the $300! 5

[Percussion] With so many free good samples out there its hard to fathom complaining about stock sounds. Creating your own kit is a snap. Load samples onto an SD card then plug the card into the samplepad. Select a pad, assign the sample to it and away you go! I dont know any real drummer that doesnt tweak his or her kit to make it sound just the way they want. Same idea for the samplepad pro. This machine is easy to use and easy to make amazing custom kits, The menu is intuitive and its features make it extremely versatile Ive read other reviews where crosstalk was initially an issue that was easily fixed with a free update from Alesis. Mine came fully updated and crosstalk has not been an issue. The samplepad pro has proven to be the drumming solution Ive been wanting and now there is no more slaving for hours with drum programs for me. 5

[ViennaKey] I am very satisfied with this product. It is just a table on a stand, but it is designed (or so it seems) to be unusually adjustable (in terms of height) and doesn't seem to get in the way with bulking hardware. Note that it does not tilt, if you require that feature for uneven and changing stages. I think this is best suited for studio applications, which is what I am using it for. 5
