Dry-Lam Trade-Lam Commercial Copolymer Laminating Film is a very flexible type of film since the internal copolymer resins achieve a very effective adhesion factor. This film is made to bond with a wide variety of natural and synthetic stocks.

A: It looks as though you can mount onto foam core--although we do not do so here. I would keep the temperature on the low side to not melt the foam core-no higher than 185-190? and maybe adjust the pressure if needed. I found the manual online that speaks a little bit to foam core use (but I can't place the link here)And there is a type of foam core that has the adhesive already on it (but I can't place that link here either...): it's called Speed Mount by Bainbridge.It looks like many people have success with foam core--hope this helps!

A: The D&K SE-1406 has a Platen Size of 23 x 18.5" / 58.4 x 47 cm. So the that is the largest size print and or matte board that can fit.

A: In general the Dry Lam 9 x 11.5" Gloss Laminating Pouch (5.0 mil, 50 Pack) should work in most brands of laminators. But, you should makes sure the one you have does work with that specific material. Best is to contact the manufacture of the laminator.

A: You can mount a 17x22" print using the D&K 210M Commercial Dry Mounting Press - 18.5 x 23"--the actual size of the plate is 18.5x23".

Q: 6. Wondering if unit can be used to heat press lining to fabric?

A: I am not exactly sure of what mean by this application. If the temperature range is ok for the adhesive I don't see why not. The ends are open such that wider material can protrude from the sides.

A: Yes the pouches will work with your laminator. the Fellowes Venus2 125 laminator can accept pouches up to 12.5" wide.
