A: Hi, thanks for asking!It does not have an analog input, though it does have a stereo line output for direct connection to a speaker or PA system. The wireless range is about 50 feet depending on the environment.

A: There are players who have mentioned using the Rode Violin Clip on both violin and viola. Since your viola is smaller in size and closer to a full-size violin, it may work well on your instrument, but unfortunately we are not able to test it to confirm. B&H does offer a 30-day return policy and this item is returnable for a refund if it does not work as desired with your viola. Just be sure to save all of the original manufacturer's packaging and literature, and don't register the warranty until you determine that you are going to keep the Violin Clip.
