This electronic download of the in ear monitors with limiterfrom in ear monitors with limitercombines a look-ahead brick wall limiter function with several subjective treatments to make the limiting action subtle yet vintage. The plug-in uses an output stage topology designed to eliminate digital clipping at any output level and produce a smoother distortion characteristic.

The HD plug-in provides AAX DSP for use with Pro Tools HD, but also includes AAX Native, Audiosuite, Audio Units and VST versions for use with other DAWs including Logic, Digital Performer (DP), Cubase, and Ableton Live.

A: Yes, the SmallHD Cheese Plate for 4K Monitors (BH #SM4KMCP) attaches to the VESA mounts and in theory could be used with other monitors, but it was designed specifically for SmallHD monitors and thus we can't confirm compatibility with products from other manufacturers.

Q: 3. Will this work with the Small HD Cine 13?

A: The SmallHD Cheese Plate for 4K Monitors is not compatible with the SmallHD Cine 13 UHD 4K High-Bright Monitor.

A: The Atlas Sound TSD-ALC2 - Audio Level Controller and Limiter is an automatic 2-channel audio level controller and limiter designed to allow designers and installers to set predetermined maximum source levels. Q: 5. Will this item work with a condenser boom mic (provide phantom power)?

A: I don't think it provides phantom power but it does allow it to pass through? So send phantom power from the recorder (or TX if going wireless) and you should be good.

Q: 6. Is the headphone amplifier RF protected? Time ago I bought a ROLLS PM-55 and I had problems with cellular phones interferences

A: No RF issues, but I did have grounding issues with one I bought recently.

Q: 7. Will this work on the ninja blade?

A: Hello Too F, yes it also fits for the Ninja Blade unit.

Q: 8. I have 2 unrelated mono line level signals that I would like to level control. Can I use one TSD-ALC2 to do this?

A: You would need an Atlas Sound TSD-ALC2 for each of your sources to be able to individually control the level on those sources.

Q: 9. Would this be a good device for evening out the crazy volume levels on my tv?

A: Absolutely! Very simple...just set the Makeup Gain control at the 0 position, and set the Threshold to a level that brings down the extremely loud audio to a level near that of a normal listening level. If you hear the limiter pumping or breathing too much on louder program audio, lower the input level and tweak the Makeup Gain a bit to even things out. It works great for my hard-drive based music collection, which varies greatly in level due to the variety of formats and recording techniques used over the past 4 decades!

Q: 10. Possible to mount this above the double battery plate on the oled22?

A: Yes, you should have just enough room to mount the SmallHD Cheese Plate for 4K Monitors on the back of the SmallHD OLED 22" with a SmallHD 14V/26V Dual Battery Bracket.

[Download] I play keyboards in a classic rock band and, up until now, I pretty much got buried in the audio mix. I decided to run the keyboards through the PA system with a monitor feed back to this Rolls unit and plug in my earbuds. It's got an onboard 9-volt battery, an optical limiter to protect my ears, and it's built like a tank. Great product, reasonably priced. 5

[Download] These sound as good if not better then my Westone UM Pro 30’s, but these sound noticeable smoother even at the same volume levels. Bass is also very good. The build quality is also very good, and the cable is of equal quality. The packaging is probably the best I ever seen in IEM’s at this price level. You get plenty of ear tips ( I’m using the medium size memory foam tips) but I’m sure you can find a ear tip that is good with most ears. Fiio also throws in a nice little plastic case and even a soft pouch. I’m keeping these!! 5

[Download] The Rolls monitor is a perfect addition to my audio kit. I connect it to the output XLR of my boom and connect headphones. The audio loops through to another cable to the recorder. It allows a boom op (me) to monitor the boom audio directly without additional cables getting in the way on a tight set. It's powered by a 9V battery that seems to last the entire day. It attaches to the boom op via a belt clip. The only con is that it's a bit bulkier than I thought it would be. 5

[1 User] I'm using this as a talk back headphone feed to my talent in a voice booth. I have a complicated multi-channel headphone mixer/amp that can give a whole band a custom mix, but there's no mic input. So I used to have a complicated setup just to have someone do a bit of narration or whatever. With this little box, you have a simple, functional setup where the talent and I can hear each other simply and without affecting the recording. The intended use is more likely to use this for actual program audio feed and monitor for a sound tech or boom operator. I'm sure it will work well for that and I intend to use it that way too. Nice to get multiple uses out of this box as compared to my previous devices that were so cumbersome to use, even for their intended purpose. 5

[1 User] I have been using Westone in-ears for over a decade and I have loved all three pairs I owned. My first pair of UM2's lasted 10 years before I stepped on one of them, I tried gluing them back together but decided I might as well buy new ones. My second pair were UM Pro 30s and they have been going strong for 4 years. I bought this pair of Pro X20s for my wife, but I have been using them the past two weeks. I cannot tell any sound difference between these X20s and the 30s I have, but I will also note that I use them for drumming and haven't listened to them back to back. The biggest difference I have noticed is how light the wire is on these X20s. It is so light and flexible, I can barely tell it is there. When I put them on, I cannot feel the wire at all. Very different than the thick, black, twisted wire on the old UM2 and 30s I have. One last thing I have noticed over the years - Westone in-ears require significantly less volume than any other in-ears I have seen or tried. Before I plug them in to a foreign sound source, I always cut the volume at least 75% from what the last in-ears required. I've also mistakenly blasted full volume sound through both pairs of my older UM2s and 30s without damaging them whatsoever. Definitely worth the price! Go with Westone, you won't regret it. 5

[Download] The clarity of these in-ear monitors is absolutely phenomenal. You can hear every little nuance. I have spent far more money on in-ear monitors and have used just about every brand available. At a fraction of the cost, these are just as good if not better than most high-end in-ears. They are super comfortable, very light weight and extremely durable. I'll be grabbing a couple more sets for my team. 5

[1 User] We purchased this to use with a Presonus Studiolive mixer.It will give anyone who doesnt need to move around on the stage the ability to use in-ear monitors. And with the Presonus app, they can adjust their own mix with their iphone. It is wired, but the battery power will let us connect with only one cord. 5

[1 User] I was wanting to listen to my mix after it left the mixer but before it went out to our live stream, just to make sure the sound was right. I plugged this in line and it works flawlessly. I like the fact you can plug it in with the included adapter or run it with batteries. Good price point so it doesn’t break the bank. 5
