Attach an offset accessory to your camera's cheeseplate with the Wooden Camera Universal Offset Bracket. This bracket secures to a cheeseplate or other surface that has an ARRI-style accessory mount, a 1/4"-20 thread, or a 3/8"-16 thread using the included screws. The bracket offsets the accessory mount by 3.9" and will accept different separately available accessories and adapters including the Wooden Camera Universal Hot Shoe and Microphone Shock Mount.

A: Hello Ron, Thank you for your question! The bracket in itself allows you to attach the Osmo Pocket on the right side and the iphone on the left (as seen in the picture). The whole package is put together so you can record with the Osmo and see it on the iphone. You can put the Osmo in either facing forward or backward, while the iphone is facing you. Q: 4. will it do snap shot?

A: I don't believe it does. This product doesn't even record as advertised, so I would shop for something else.

Q: 5. Can this mount be used outdoor and will it work with a Q-See camera

A: The mount has a generic 1/4" mount screw and will work outdoors. However, you should make sure that the camera that you are mounting to the mount is outdoor rated.

Q: 6. Where part of the camera does the video record from?

A: The camera is on the end away from the chain. Very convenient, and very good quality video.

Q: 7. Does it come with the battery?

A: It has a built in rechargeable battery.

Q: 8. Is this item supported by Windows 8?

A: Yes, but you would download the software from the website.

Q: 9. is this item reccord in the dark?

A: This camera was not designed for recording in the dark. You do need some light for recording.

Q: 10. Can this be used for Arlo cameras?

A: It would work with the Arlo HD camera since it has a 1/4 thread.

[2.3 oz / 65.2 g] Got this bracket for my wireless mic receiver and SDHC card holder while working with my HMC80. It keeps everything close to the body of the camera but does not get in the way of normal camera use. I like how it also sits close enough that I don't have to take it off to fit the rig into its case. 5

[0.14 lb] I chose the C2 bracket in order to accommodate a Bracket 1 Firestore Recorder Cradle so I could mount a Vitec FS-H200 Pro DTE recorder to Canon XL-series camcorders. Other device cradle solutions mount to the camera body handle, thus preventing access to playback controls. The quality of construction and attachment hardware is outstanding, and the hardware will easily withstand a lot of heavy use. The bracket provides a versatile set of options for mounting a broad range of peripherals, as well as easily allow for secure attachment to a tripod. The bracket design allows for a generous amount of room for handling the camera and easily accessing all controls while also maintaining fairly comfortable balance. I was initially put off a bit by the pricing of both components, but after the first use, I have no regrets. 5

[0.14 lb] I bought this to hold a small spotlight (hairlight) while I did my online photography lectures. A 150watt Arri light. A photography teacher must have good lighting! I thought it was going to be very lightweight, but it's actually very strong. It will certainly hold the tiny video camera shown in the photo. I suspect it would hold something ten times that weight. 5
