The american flag cardboard boxfrom american flag cardboard boxwill mount on any Wooden Camera UMB-1 matte box without modification. The flag set includes two locking hinges, mounting hardware, and the removable flags. The side flags extend the flare protection of the rigid hood of your matte box and can pivot on their hinges to make your matte boxes opening smaller.

Locking hinges and pivoting extensions allow you flexibility when keeping your lens free of light spill. The extendable flaps pivot approximately 60° and can be locked in position to meet your top flag (not included) and prevent gaps that might allow light to sneak past and flare your lens. Each lightweight flag features a flat black finish to reduce glare and reflection.

The included hinges mount to the pre-drilled mounting holes in you UMB-1 matte box.

The hinges feature a locking lever that allows you to position and lock the removable side flags so they do not creep into your shot.

Each side flag is easily removable from the hinge assembly, and just as easily reattached using the built-in thumbscrews.

A: This bright tangerine matte box accessory will only work with bright tangerine matte boxes.

A: This is a top flag for a Tilta MB-T12 Matte Box only. We are not aware of it being able to work with any other Matte Box brands.

Q: 3. Is this flag compatible with other company matte boxes? Bright tangerine?

A: Not that we are aware of. This flag is only for the Tilta MB-T05.

Q: 4. Does this work with "Wooden Camera UMB-1"?

A: No, the ARRI Top Flag is only comaptible with the ARRI Mini Matte Box MMB-1 & MMB-2.

Q: 5. Does this matte box work with 82mm VND? Will be able to screw my filter onto the adapter rings?

A: Yes, this CAME-TV Matte Box comes with adapter rings. In order to fit your 82mm VND filter, you will be using the 82mm to 77mm adapter ring, then attach a 77mm to 95mm ring, and attach the mattebox.

Q: 7. once the bracket is installed, can you then leave it attached and remove/reattach the flag (quickly without unscrewing allen) as needed?

A: The thumb screw releases the Bright Tangerine Carbon Fiber Top Flag for Misfit Atom Matte Box from the matte box.

Q: 8. Will these side flags fit the Arri MMB-1 Hinges?

A: The Wooden Camera Left & Right Side Flag Set for UMB-1 Universal Matte Box is only compatible with the Wooden Camera UMB-1 Universal Matte Box.

Q: 9. Does BH sell the thumb screw by itself?

A: No. This part is not sold separately.

Q: 10. Do you have video introduce this Matte box?

A: Unfortunately, we don't have a video for this matte box at the moment.

[0.5 lb] Ok, Tangerine gear is insanely expensive when compared to the price of cheap junk. but its anything but cheap junk. and this misfit atom flag is no exception to that... Its light, strong, and works perfectly. Its the exact size of the face of the Misfit atom, so you can flip it down and cover the entire lens to protect it. Ive never been sorry Ive purchased bright tangerine gear... It stings the wallet... but for the rest of time, it will be your go to item.. I needed a really light clamp on matte box with a flag. I cant recommend the Misfit Atom and Flag higher. this is quality gear.. professional grade... without question. 5

[0.5 lb] this is a great deal compared to what you would pay for an OEM hood. your best bet is to spend a few extra bucks and get the lens hood that matched up with it, they are a killer combo for the price. Worked great with my Canon J8ax15 sx12 5
