[Aluminum] We put a larger table top on top of the wooden own that it came with because I wanted to us it for my craft table 4' x 3'.� It is perfect for use with crafts (standing) and put the table down for use in the office with paper work (sitting) Love my table!� It is very sturdy and rolls around effortless.� the crank is easy also.

[1.5" NPT] Overall my table is great. Takes a little work to crank up. Down is easy. Doesn't say Luxor anywhere, why? Trying to hide the brand name? Why hide your brand name? Black Oak is very dark almost black, but wood grained. Still nice looking. A little wobbly side to side in full up position. Down it is super rigid. It works great so far after 1 week.

[9.5 lb] Great table very sturdy easily cranks up and down unlike a review I read saying it was difficult. Caster roll easy and lock easy. Using as a computer table and it is nice to be able to stand when I prefer not to sit.

[Aluminum] It took a few hours to assemble it myself. One of the screws is microscopic so empty the hardware carefully into a large bowl or glass/metal container. Once assembled with the casters the desk sat too high in its lowest position for my brand new adjustable chair. So I removed the casters and installed the pads and ... I have a rock solid adjustable table that raises and lowers smoothly.

It would be nice if there were 4 extra holes under it for attach an optional keyboard tray (if there is one). There are only two on the smaller model. Even so with the pads the desk is at a reasonable height. When standing the monitors appear lower (than when sitting) so I'll need to built a platform to raise them. I can always break into the museum at night and steal something called a phone book but it's always more rewarding to build something on the weekend.

Again the table raises and lowers smoothly - no shuddering. Excellent construction and rock solid

[1.5" NPT] This desk beat my expectations for an affordable stand-up desk. The frame was much sturdier than I anticipated from the pictures. I can lean on the table and shake it a bit with no problem. It comes with nice big castors that lock so moving the table is easy. The table top is a bit darker than the picture which I found much more appealing in person. The crank works fine and doesn't require lots of force, however the table adjusts slowly and requires lots of cranking. the only down side is that the directors are not great. They also send you extra hardware so beware - I accidentally screwed an extra longer screw all the way through the table top without thinking. Perfect size for 2 monitors and a laptop. Overall - this desk is awesome!

[Aluminum] After years of sitting at a desk and pounding code, my lower back took a hit. It has become increasingly impossible to sit so something had to change. My profession or my habits. So I opted to change my habits. I researched various stand up desks including the Varidesk and came across this desk. I like the fact the desk surface isn't split into two levels like the Varidesk and others like it. It holds two laptops with two 21 monitors, one laptop is used with its monitor (so three monitors are going at once ), two full size IBM keyboards (yes the beasts from the past), a desk phone and more. I stand 90% of the time working away and my back is no longer screaming from pain. The desk is easily adjusted up and down with a crank that can be placed on either side. I assembled the desk myself and only required assistance to flip it right side up. Probably a person taller than I could handle flipping it right side up by themselves. This is a substantial desk - not cheesy. The desk is quite strong and easy to assemble. It arrived in three boxes which were easy to handle alone. Love the locking wheels and also the fact it wasn't obscenely expensive. Highly recommended.

[9.5 lb] I like how easy it was to assemble. It rolls and locks in place easily. The 60 desktop is perfect for my video needs. Fits my iMac and monitor speakers, as well as all the external HDs. It's perfect for a taller person.
