Cut materials up to 100" in length, large enough to work with 4A0 landscape paper, with the beads headphones materialsfrom Rotatrim. It can easily cut through materials as thick as 157.5 mil as well as foam board up to 196.9 mil thick. It utilizes Sheffield D2 "Tool Steel" self-sharpening blades along with a self-lifting clam mechanism for easily positioning large documents and materials. Also, it has a gear head for control and consistency along with a single square stainless steel guide rail to eliminate head swivel. Additionally, it has an aluminum baseboard, end frames, and head and side rule.

A: These headphones are extremely efficient and you will not have problems getting enough power out of them from standard PC headphone jacks, cel phones, etc. They sound great. It will be one of the best headphone purchases you've made under $100. The only thing is that the metal headband easily catches one's hair. So be careful when removing them! I have pulled hairs out!

Q: 10. Relative to comparables, do these warm up your ears at room temperature or do they breathe?

A: The Sony MDR-7506 Headphones are closed-back headphones, so they will retain some heat naturally. However, with the default earcups they are not as large or tight of a fit as some other popular closed-back models.

[Aluminum] This is my second pair of these headphones, which are classic and mostly the workhorse people make them out to be. The last pair kicked the bucket after daily use 6-7 years. I opted for an open box deal at B&H which pulled the price down a bit, and I was nervous that they'd be less-than-new in some way, but BH did a beautiful job inspecting the product and repackaging, and honestly you wouldn't know they aren't brand new. 5

[Aluminum] I have been using these headphones for 30 years, and even though there are technically much higher end ones, I always return to these. The MDR-7506 are perfect for multiple applications, and don't really color the sound, so you can count on the accuracy of what you are hearing. I primarily use them for ENG applications, but have also used them on A1 gigs on live events, and I have never been disappointed. The build quality is also great, and they are collapsible for storage. 5

[Aluminum] Prior to this I had been using a hand-me-down pair of higher-end Sony headphones, but sadly one speaker finally gave out. Since pleased with a prior B&H purchase, I headed over to see what they had. Despite these being lower price-point than what I had been using, this hasn't felt like a downgrade at all! (And I bought mine on an open-box deal so they were especially budget-friendly.) I'm no pro, but I do love listening to music & learning about music, so sound-quality is important to me. I think these are great, though perhaps someone with music-production experience could offer better comment. Two notes, not really negative but just commenting: buy the deeper ear-pads (or add your own). I wear these for listening to music or podcasts, so I'm not wearing them 24/7 for work, but even so, if I have them on for a few hours while at my desk doing projects, I will say my ears hurt a bit. Not sure if this is affected by pressure-points since I wear glasses? However, my old headphones had good padding and I didn't notice the problem. When buying these new ones, I decided against spending more for the deeper cushions at the time, and I'm kind of regretting it. Second comment, the adjusters to change where the pads sit over your ear, do slip a little. Every few on-offs I have to put them back to where they should be to sit correctly on my ear. This doesn't really bother me, but just commenting for those who might be particularly annoyed by this. Overall: great product, good sound, well-made, easy to fold up into a compact shape (plus it comes with a felty storage pouch). I also love the coiled cord, which stretches if need-be but otherwise stays compact, not this endless cord going everywhere on your desk or workspace. A little pricey if you don't need them, but if you're an earphone wearer (vs. earbud) I think you will be glad to invest in something that will hold up. 5

[Aluminum] The Sony MDR-7506 is highly favored in film and audio production for its reliability. I find its frequency response perfect for tracking and referencing during interviews. Its flat, neutral response ensures accurate listening without exaggerated highs or lows. 5
