If on the other hand you mean 110 megabits/sec, something is wrong and you should check the following:1) is the adapter connecting at gigabit (Gb) speed on your network? There is are two LEDs on the adapter where the Ethernet cable attaches; make sure that the amber LED is on. If it isn't, you're not connecting to the switch at Gb speed.2) are you using a CAT 6 cable? CAT 5 will attenuate the speed.
