Q: 3. What is the range of the bluetooth? Thank you!

A: Bluetooth range typically maxes out at around 30 feet.

Q: 4. If I power it from a switched power source, will it remember where it left off when power is restored?

A: The Sennheiser BT T100 Bluetooth Audio Transmitter (BH # SEBTT100) has no memory features for musical or audio tracks. When power is restored, the unit may need to be paired again.

Q: 5. Does it make any sound when pairing?

A: No, unfortunately the Aluratek AISM01F Bluetooth Audio Receiver would use it's LED to notify if pairing or connected.

Q: 6. what about latency?

Q: 9. Can two wireless headphones be paired and used at the same time?

A: Yes, the Sennheiser BT T100 Bluetooth Audio Transmitter can stream to two headphones at once. According to page 18 of the user manual linked on the product page: Connecting the transmitter to a second pair of headphones The aptX Low Latency codec is not supported when 2 headphones are connected to the transmitter. With this configuration and depending on other factors, such as the models of the headphones used, the synchronization of audio to the TV picture may not be completely guaranteed. You can quickly connect another pair of headphones while the first pair of headphones is streaming audio. While the second pair of headphones is connecting to the transmitter, or is leaving the transmission range or re-entering it, the first headphones may experience an audio interruption until both pairs are connected to the transmitter. 1. Set the second pair of headphones to pairing mode. 2. Press the Multifunction button of the transmitter for 1 second. The LED lights up red. Once the transmitter detects that 2 pairs of headphones are connected, the LED lights up purple for 3 minutes.

Q: 10. What is the latency? I need it for a subwoofer connection that needs to be in sync with the main speakers.

A: The Hosa IBT-402 is bluetooth 4.2, around 34ms.

[USB 1.1 & 2.0] I have two pair Philips Bluetooth headphones. I used the optical out on my TV to the Aluratek to transmit sound to headphones. Easy to set up on all ends. TV has a delay that will drive you crazy so its an either or proposition. Headphones or TV sound but never both. But now my wife and I have our own volume settings so its perfect for us. Great stereo sound. I would recommend and buy again.

[5 VDC, 2 A] A Bit expensive at almost $50. Works real well with my BT headset. Sound quality is great. Because I have a sound bar and also because of my Condo association's contract with Dish. The Hopper 2 does not include a Prime App. I must use the smart TV's pre-loaded Prime App. This causes sound output difficulties. The Aluratek Techs have been super patient and helpful in solving the instal connections.

[USB 1.1 & 2.0] We needed a device to allow us to put an old TV in the nursery for feeding time so that the TV could play without distracting the baby. Were using the ABC02F together with bluetooth headphones to enable that. Perfect way to keep the baby away from the screen while also giving mom something to do during feedings.

[USB 1.1 & 2.0] I have two Hosa receivers. First one (no internal battery) popped and snorted when pairing and timing out. This new one has an internal battery and is quiet when pairing so very happy with the improvements.

[USB 1.1 & 2.0] Effortless set up. More expensive than some of the competition but I trust the Sennheiser name. So far it works like a charm

[1.6 oz (50 g)] Works with a variety of equipment, receives and transmits well. Good Product. I bought it because my xbox 1 doesn't have bluetooth for some insane (likely branding) reason. Works fine with the xbox 1.

[1.6 oz (50 g)] I've been using this on my home office HTPC for about 4 months. It connects to my headset without issue everytime. battery life is great. I do suggest using a shielded cable as at first I had it plugged in to my computer for power while using it and there was way too much interference. Changed my source of power and all is perfect now. it comes with different cables to suit various needs. Range is good, not great but just good (that could also be my headset).
I have not used it for recieving so cannot comment on that part. What else would you like to know...it works.

[1.6 oz (50 g)] I need a Bluetooth transmitter so I can watch my shows at night without disturbing anyone. This device bears the Sennheiser label and while likely not actually manufactured by the famous German pro-audio company, it is still a reassuring logo, and so far it is living up to it. It will accept either digital input (via standard Toslink - cable included) or analog (via stereo 3.5 mm mini plug (also included). Also included is a USB power cable, but not the wall wart power supply (you've got plenty of them around by now.) Installation is easy, once you determine which audio output from your source is appropriate. This might be easier if you use the analog option, which might require a 1/4 to mini adapter to use the headphone output on many home systems. Bluetooth synced up to my headphones seamlessly and all is well. My own installation was a bit more complicated because I'm using an HDMI Audio Extractor box for the source. (Not made by Sennheiser.)
Sound quality seems quite good through my Bose Bluetooth headphones; there is plenty of level available. When using a device like this there will always be latency as the sound is converted to Bluetooth. It is perceivable but if you can deal with lip sync that is a little rubbery it is acceptable - and unavoidable. Just be sure the loudspeakers are off.
So far, with only about an hour of use, this is a product I would recommend.
