The canon video recording camerafrom canon video recording camerais a cable for the LANC Canon video camera which allows for the camera's recording function to be triggered wirelessly from the microRemote handheld controller. You can trigger the record function remotely, whether the camera is inaccessible or if you are simply not near the camera. In addition, the remote will indicate when recording is active as well as when it is idle.

Since the Power Bracket is specifically designed to work with the PIX-E7 I think it is unlikely that it would be compatible with he Inferno.

Q: 4. Can I transmit live video to a tv with a 100 ft hdmi cable?

A: No. HDMI has a compliant limit of about 25'.

A: Yes, it has phantom power for 2 mics

Q: 6. is the grip optional?

A: I am not aware of a grip for the Sigma fp.

Q: 7. How many minutes of video in HD quality can the camera record in one go before it stops recording automatically? So, does it stop automatically after 12 minutes like a DSLR does, or can it shoot for longer periods of time?

A: I just got my Q8 and haven't had opportunity to use it yet so this answer is based on my old Q4. It would record for somewhere around an hour then start a new file which was a bit of a bother since I primarily record concerts with it. It should certainly record for much longer than 12 minutes.

Q: 8. Does it have cold shoe mounts?

A: No. Unfortunately, it does not.

Q: 9. What is the Native ISO?

A: The base native ISO for the Sigma fp Mirrorless Digital Camera would be ISO 100. The standard ISO range for the camera is ISO 100-25,600; the expanded sensitivity settings for the camera are ISO 6, 12, 25, 50, 51,200, and 102,400.

Q: 10. WILL ANY SONY E-MOIUNT LENS FIT THE FP ?

A: The camera was designed to work with Leica L mount lenses.

[24" (61 cm)] Much needed additional plate if using a monopod in the field and have to do some fast swapping. The plates are reliable and small - fit the manfrotto mono perfectly. 5

[24" (61 cm)] I have a different mic to capture dialogue and more finite audio needs, but I snagged this to run as a secondary mic to help capture the sound of the space and use that audio to help in post production. Its great for that, but I probably wouldn't use this as a main mic. 5

[3 oz (85 g)] So happy to have this item available. I 'lost' a Manfrotto camera plate so replaced it, only to find a plate attached to my tele lens. It's not a bad thing to have an extra in the tripod bag. I'm happy! 5

[LANC] I use heavier dslr cameras and when using a tripod or monopod it was difficult to keep the cameras from tipping. I got the video camera plate and it fit the bill. It allowed me to move the cameras far enough back that they stayed absolutely still no tipping. I would definitely recommend this plate for heavier cameras. 5

[LANC] I bought the Zoom Q8 to use as a classroom tool, recording my lectures. It is working out perfectly, both video and audio. Simple to use and reliable results. I mount it on a short, adjustable tripod, but it is small enough that it is not distracting to anyone. I also like the fact that its .MOV files are so easily convertible to a wide variety of other formats. R.A. 5
