[Rigid Plastic] The only downside to this printer is that the back up tray is larger than tray 1, which is the auto selected printer. I'm probably missing some setting in my printer tables to auto-select tray 2, but it's kind of a pain to constantly be swapping back and forth. Otherwise, what a boon to our office. Fast, silent and prints like a dream. 5

[Rigid Plastic] I've always been and Oki Data man, but they are currently not selling in the Americas, so I ventured into the unknown world of Lexmark. I gained confidence once I saw Lexmark on the Dell web site. The new model was more expensive, but the consumables were less than the older model's. Tune back in in a year, and I'll know just how good (or not) it is. I like it hardwired as a local printer, but also use the wireless feature for printing from my iPhone. 5

[Rigid Plastic] If you want a great color printer, the Brother HL-L8360CDW is the one for you. The printer is a color laser printer so you will not have to worry about ink drying up in the lines like a inkjet printer. The toner is a little expensive, but typical for the improvement in printer quality. 5

[Rigid Plastic] Great printer. Meets expectations. I've had a Brother laser printer in the past that lasted almost 20 yrs. Still working but needed a new color printer with flatbed for copying and scanning. Very happy! 5

[Rigid Plastic] Should have bought a Brother earlier. Have had Samsung and HP printers, they never really could connect wireless very well. The Brother just works. Always. 5
