Q: 1. What are the distance to the headphones that transmitter works?

A: I currently have my headphones installed approximately 10-12' from the transmitter and they work great. I have also tried them in our office spaces and they work okay with just a bit of interference. Our offices are down a hall and through a door in relation to the transmitter (approximately 30' away).

Q: 3. Is the VocoPro SilentPA Practice transmitter the same as the VocoPro SilentPA Seminar transmitter?

A: They would appear, and by specification to be similar if not identical.

Q: 4. Would this work using the sub1/2 output from my zoom f8 into the transmitter? I want to create a portable headphone feed from my mixer

A: Yes, it would. The sub1/2 output is a consumer line level output, which is identical to a headphone jack. The SilentPA transmitter has a 1/8 TRS input on the side of it, and you can plug the output into it. It is however, VERY hot and you'll have to have the volume knob on the transmitter all the way down. I set the sub 1/2 output to mic level to make it easier.

Q: 5. What distance do these transmit? I need something that will work over a 200 foot distance.

A: In ideal environments, the VocoPro Professional PLL Wireless In-Ear Monitor Package with Transmitter & Receiver might transmit over a 200' distance, but most likely it would be around 100'.

A: The transmitter would turn itself off after a period of time, if it loses connection to the USB receiver. Be sure that they are paired.

A: They appear to be similar, if not identical in form, specification and function..

Q: 9. Will these work with Xbox One? I am looking for a dual microphone that will work with the "Let's Sing" game.

A: The VocoPro dual mic system is brand new and not yet available in stock. It was designed to work with a computer and so far it has not been tested with the XBox One. At this time we are not able to confirm compatibility with XBox One.

Q: 10. Do these units broadcast in stereo?

A: Stereo is an option. The Bodypack Transmitter has 1/8" stereo inputs. The receiver includes two (2x) 1/8" Stereo Outputs.

[3.15 lb] I have 4 of these capable of delivering 4 stereo mixes or 8 mono mixes. They are well built and work exactly as they should. There are more affordable options hitting the market now, but based on my experience these are a solid value for any band wanting more control over their monitoring experience and wishing to eliminate wedges. 5

[3.15 lb] Purchased this to pair with the Saramonic UwMic9 AU RX-XLR9 Dual-Channel XLR Plug-in UHF Wireless Receiver. Both paired straight out of the box. It works really well on my Shure SM58 microphone. Tip: to reduce noise or hiss, make sure both systems are at least five metres away from each other. It’s a great product as an entry level wireless transmitter. You get what you pay for. 5
