[4.2 x 4 x 2"] Once I got over the painfully slow maximum aperture, just about everything else about this lens is has been a delight!
Unlike most vintage wide primes, this one seems rock solid from wide open. (Not testing on walls or charts, just been consistently, pleasantly surprised with my low light interior shots!)
For landscapes, the corners are awesome. (Very refreshing after trying some more lackluster WA optics this spring.)
Flare resistance is great. I also like having relatively low distortion.
Size & performance were my priorities and the more I use this lens, the more glad I am I chose it.
If I had to nitpick, the sunstars aren't my favorite.

[0.45 lb] Historically I have not been a fan of Sigma lenses simply due to the exterior finish on them, some parts of which tend to get burnish marks on them very easily. This lens is all metal, the quality and feel is top notch. Normally I prefer the Sony lenses but this Sigma lens feels and looks better to me than the similar Sony FE24mm f/2.8 G which I also tried. I also prefer the bokeh of this lens, the quality of which has been mentioned in several reviews I've read and they seem to have been correct. The lens is certainly very sharp and I appreciate its small size for ease of carrying. I use it in a Sony a7R IV and have a custom button set so I can switch back and forth between full frame and APS-C easily which in a sense gives me a 24 and 35mm lens although at a loss of resolution, still over 25 Megapixels though. Obviously you could crop later but it helps with composition. I hope Sigma moves more in this direction in terms of build quality with future lenses.

[0.45 lb] I had a hard time deciding on getting this lens because of its wide angle, but was sold on it after looking at some great photos other people took with it. Also, on a Sigma fp or fpL, one can crop easily without sacrificing quality.

Thus far I am very pleased. I enjoying using it mostly as my chief walk around lens. The f/3.5 aperture makes this superb quality lens more affordable and portable than lenses with wider apertures. Low light is not a big hindrance due to the quality improvements on higher ISOs nowadays. I rather enjoy all the challenges that come with using a lens that is a bit out of the ordinary.

[0.45 lb] This lens is sharp, edge to edge, flare resistant and focuses close. Mechanically it is solid from the lens hood, to the magnetic lens cap. Very nice aperture ring and the focus mechanism. This lens reminds me of Leica lenses of old.

I'm very happy with my purchase. Sigma is producing amazing lenses.

[FUJIFILM X] The lens reminds me of my old lens from the 90s. Not heavy but sturdy feeling.

[FUJIFILM X] Bought this lens because I wanted a wide angle that was super compact. The build quality is exceptional, very happy to have an aperture ring, and the image quality is great for the size. I don't mind the slower aperture because this will be a landscape hiking and daytime street lens, which means I will be shooting at the slower apertures anyways.

[0.45 lb] I bought the Sigma fp thinking it would be great walk around camera with a small wide angle lens. It gook 9 months for then to come out with it but it is here now. It makes great pictures, sharp with great colors. It's not quite as small as I'd like, not a pancake, but small enough. It has a great feel to with with an all metal body, nice clicks on all the stops and easy focusing if one decides to use manual focus. I'm very happy to take the small 3.5 over a larger, bulkier 1.4. My only complaint is that it would be nice to have a button to take the lens out of auto aperture settings. It has slipped to a manual setting a few times with out being aware until I can't change the aperture from the camera. Otherwise, it's really a joy to have and to use.

[0.45 lb] I have been waiting a while for a decent body cap to use with my K5, K01 & K3 team rather than the non-locking semi-transparent one you get with the camera bodies. This cap is just like the kind of body cap you can get with a contemporary Nikon or Canon DSLR. Previous generic ones I looked were poorly made, difficult to grip, a bad fit, likely to shed plastic moulding into the sensor/mirror chamber ... how could you get the design wrong ! Well Sigma.
