Styled in black, the blackstar fly 3 mini guitar amplifieris a versatile 3W mini guitar amplifier with Clean and Overdrive channels, a built-in digital tape-delay effect, and an Infinite Shape Feature (ISF) to dial in your desired tone. It can also be used as a portable speaker to listen to music, a PC speaker, and more.

The FLY 3 features controls for Volume, Gain, EQ via Blackstar's proprietary Infinite Shape Feature, Delay Level, Delay Time, and an Overdrive switch. This simple yet comprehensive control set allows you to sculpt your tone, and the sealed cabinet is designed to deliver full-bodied sound when you plug in your guitar, or when using an external device such as an MP3 player or mobile phone to play music through the MP3/line input jack. A: You will need a stereo 3.5mm male to 1/4 female. Then a 1/4 guitar cable. Here is the B&H part number for the adapter for your phone to 1/4 B&H # PRCSMMSPF.You don't play through the phone like an i Rig. You plug the phone in the guitar input using the adapter I sent. Then download the EFX you want into the amp. Then you remove everything and plug in your guitar as usual and access the EFX Cube kit. [2] This little box is incredible. Sound quality is great for a mini, much better than the minuscule size. I live in an apartment and my bigger amps just don't work for practice, plus space is an issue. I love the size. It is small but seems to be well built. The tone is great and I love the delay. 5

[2] Perfect size, just enough distortion and overdrive to practice anything you need to and still has good clarity, Sounds great through headphones, Takes 2 1/2 hours to charge from low battery, then lasts 18 hours. I haven't clocked how many hours I get yet but even half of that to me is great. All in all, I'm Very satisfied with the purchase and impressed B&H were the first ones to have it and ship it immediately. 5

[7 x 5.4 x 4.3"] The Blackstar Fly 3 is just the right mix of sound and size. I was skeptical at first due to its size, but it is loud and covers the guitar range well. I use it with a Taylor acoustic and Fender strats with great results. I was looking for a practice amp that would fit in my gig bag, and it fits the bill. 5
