[0.65 lb] Perfect size, just enough distortion and overdrive to practice anything you need to and still has good clarity, Sounds great through headphones, Takes 2 1/2 hours to charge from low battery, then lasts 18 hours. I haven't clocked how many hours I get yet but even half of that to me is great. All in all, I'm Very satisfied with the purchase and impressed B&H were the first ones to have it and ship it immediately.

[0.65 lb] The Blackstar Fly 3 is just the right mix of sound and size. I was skeptical at first due to its size, but it is loud and covers the guitar range well. I use it with a Taylor acoustic and Fender strats with great results.

I was looking for a practice amp that would fit in my gig bag, and it fits the bill.

[6.5 VDC] This little box is incredible. Sound quality is great for a mini, much better than the minuscule size.
I live in an apartment and my bigger amps just don't work for practice, plus space is an issue. I love the size. It is small but seems to be well built. The tone is great and I love the delay.

[6.5 VDC] I'm still confused why there are different types of power adaptors regarding the workability of their amps of different sizes. I'd like to try them in different equipment of other makers, but am afraid of harming them. Still, this adaptor is well constructed and should last a long time. The only thing that concerns me is the strength of the cord going to the amp from the box. It's axactly like those for effect pedals. Otherwise, things look and work as expected.

[1.5 A (Minimum)] I have been using this kit for one year now. So much love for this little amp. It sounds great ! The delay sounds warm. The ISF is useful as an easy EQ. It is portable using batteries. Having the chance to have both a Line In & Line Out is also really great ! My only wish would be to have a little more gain on channel 2 but I still love it enough to be a 5 on 5 !

[6.5 VDC] I almost bought a Princeton but glad I didn’t even without the price difference. This is great for anything from “bedroom” to gigs and for most genres. It’s also about as small and light as you can get and still have a 12” speaker.

The tone is full and deep. The cleans are amazing with each guitar sounding like the guitar and not so much the amp. Lots of headroom. 

It also has a full range of breakup from barely to great overdrive. At any volume.

Having been a Fender fan for years I am reverb addicted. Not much difference between spring on my Boss pedal and this amp’s except for depth which stops before you feel wet. It’s pleasant and adequate.

I plugged in my studio monitor headphones to try the cabinet emulated out and it does sound great. Maybe even better.

It does have a lot of low end especially in the house. To get rid of that with the single tone control I just dialed it up and used the guitar tone controls to tame treble if needed.  

If you want a small, light, Swiss Army knife amp with great tone and reasonable price this is worth a look.

[1.5 A (Minimum)] I thought I'd use this for both practicing my bass, and listening to tunes. I found that the unit dosn't get loud enough for listening to music through the speakers. I returned the Bass Pack, which includes the extension speaker and power supply, and ordered the single FLY3Bass, which I love. I practice my bass with mp3 files of my band minus bass. Especially good when using headphones.

[1.5 A (Minimum)] Being completely honest, I had bought this as a mistake. I didn't read the full description when I added it to my cart. I had thought I bought the Fly 3 mini amp. But I ended up keeping it. I ended up buying the mini amp and this thing puts in work. The mini amp by itself is already great, it is more than just a toy. This extension speak just makes it better, adding stereo sound to an already impressive mini amp. Now, if you're looking for something more (Louder and with more features) than just a practice amp, PLEASE buy something appropriate and don't blame the amp.
